M&L attending repair/rectification of external water supply complaints of GI/CI/DI/PP-R Pipe lines, sluice valves, gate valves of any type and size, no water supply and other water related complaints including transportation from complaint cell to complaint locations and back to complaint cell along with necessory T&P as required at site under CDM areas and the following type of complaints all as specified and directed.

Repairs and checking any type of leakages in GI/CI/DI/PP-R Pipe lines, sluice valves, gate valves of any type and size of 15mm dia, no_water supply and other water related complaints as directed.

All as per item No 1.01 here-in-before but of size 20 mm dia to 40 mm bore.

M&L for attending break down of water supply pipe line at Military area / Military Roads /civil Roads /PWD Roads /Cantt board roads and repairs to CI/DI/PP-R/MS water mains of size 80 mm to 400 mm bore at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil, PCC, RCC, hard rock etc by manual or using special T&P such as JCB etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI specials such as collars, bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified and as directed including making good of disturbed surfaces.. Notes for Sl item No 1.01 to 1.06:- (a) The contractor will be alloted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days including Sundays and holidays and sufficient tradesman / resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaints within 12 hours from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of genuine cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log book of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergency complaints and will notify authorised representive /Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.

(d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare/fittings utilized as per inventry format given by AGE E/M, Secunderabd and the same shall be submitted to E/M No I store yard on daily basis. (g) The stationery required for the job work such as complaint slip books, gate pass book, job card and T&P shall be arranged and maintained by the contractor. (h) The cost of excavation / earth work and repairs to damaged roads, LT UG/HT cables, existing structure etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate and no extra payment shall be allowed on this account. (j) Spares/GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Disconnecting the suction and delivery pipe line and electric connections of submersible pump set of 7.5 HP / 5 HP and removing it from its original position alongwith pipes and fittings carefully including chain pulley with tripod and transporting the same to the work shop (situated within the twin cities) for repair and refixing the same in its original position after repairs including connecting up of water and electric connections including testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing, metal filling, machining and transportation from site to work shop and back are deemed to be included in rate quoted. (ii) Labour element is included in unit rate quoted.

M&L for Lowering of submersible pump set of any capacity including all pipes and fittings complete with chain pulley and tripod after cleaning/repairing by means into open bore well and connecting electrical and water connections including testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of the submersible motor with PVC insulated conductor with super enamelled copper conductor with ‘F’ class heavy grade insulation weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency inclduing tying the winding and connecting the coils and brining the connections as that of exisitng one including applying insulating varnish, heating and backing the windings thoroughly for submersible motor of above 5 HP and up to 7.5 HP capacity including taking down old unserviceable existing copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay submersible copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated, flexible, PVC sheathed with multistranded copper conductor of size 3 core 4 Sq mm cutting to required length connecting with necessary end ferrules / water proof joints including removing the existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay submersible copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated, flexible, PVC sheathed with multistranded copper conductor of size 3 core 6 Sq mm cutting to required length connecting with necessary end ferrules / water proof joints including removing the existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed

Flushing/de-silting of accumulated soil from inside the borewell up to 250 mm dia and depth up to 150 meter by using air compressor/ special equipments of existing borewells including surging and flushing the bore at a pressure of 7 Kg / Sq cm complete with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud etc from the bore well till discharge of the fresh water, including testing of water samples for chemical and bacteriological tests and yield testing for 4 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of hiring of Air compressor /special equipment, diesel, tools and Accessories including transportation and skilled man power to execute the work.

Supply & Replace PVC pipe 6 kg/cm2 of size 250 mm dia heavy duty screwed and socketed type to borewell confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sudhakar or equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for GI pipe heavy grade 50mm dia, cut into 3.0 mtr length including providing of threading on both sides and lowering into the existing bore well along with existing GI pipe for increasing the length of the borewell pipe as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing HDPE heavy duty column pipe internal dia 50mm PN 16kq/Sqmm including necessary all fixings

M&L for removing submersible pump motor set of capacity up to 7.5 HP stuck inside the borewell of depth up to 100 meter by flushing the existing borewells of any size with drilling compressor mounted on truck at a pressure of 7 Kg / Sqcm with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud including flushing out tree roots etc from the bore well till removing of the stuck motor and then clear the bore by using Rod drilling using Bore well drilling machine from any kind of obstruction, reinstall the motor and coloumn pipe , necessary electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed . Note : Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of Flushing by using suitable compressor, rod drilling for clearing of bore well, Removing the submersible pump set stuck inside the bore well and reinstall the same after repair including removing and refixing of coloumn pipe, electrical connections, testing etc as required.

Testing of borewell water from various location and submit the report to AGE E/M office. The vaious parameters studied are colour, taste, odour,Ph, turbidity,total dissolved solids, total suspended solids, total hardness , calcium hardness, magnesium hardness, copper ,iron,chlorides, sulphates, nitrates etc complete all as specified and directed

Reboreing/re-Drilling of existing borewell up to 250 mm dia, from the existing depth, at any type of strata by mud flash rotating equipment, from the Existing depth to 100 Meters . Supply, install ,testing and commissioning of Chlorine Dosing System :- High Pressure single head adjustable chlorine dosing system including following accessories : Prepartion tankcapacity 100 ltrs. FRP dosing tank consisting of water inlet line, outlet with Y strainer. Drain, Overflow,Conical bottom for sludge deposition, Pot hole with cover, Level gauge. Agitator single flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller and Service tank net capacity 100 ltrs. of FRP dosing tank consisting of water inlet line, Injector Dosing pup inlet arrangement, Drain, Overflow level gauge, inspection port. Agitator flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller. Provision of mounting lid and including drilling in existing CI/DI pipe of any dia including making necessary water and electric connection including taking down old existing chlorine dosing system complete all as specified and directed . Note: Rate quoted by the contractor inclusive of all arrangement required for functioning of dising system including making hole on exixting CI/DI/MS/GI pipe line ,connecting pipes/valves , necessary wiring and 15 Amps socket point etc as required .

Supply only calcium Hypochlorite having 60%-70% available chlorine content in granular from (calcium based granular disinfectant) for water treatment (Drinking water and swimming pool) packed in 45 Kgs/50 kgs each drum complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for cleaning of under mentioned RCC over head reservoir, under ground sump/semi under ground sump of any size and any height of staging by using mechanical means and scientific cleaning by carry out the following 7 stages of cleaning process for disinfection of surfaces:- (a) Cleaning of all external surfaces with hot water and Odor removal. (b) The inner surface of the walls and ceilings of the tank shall be cleaned with the pressure jet pump after dewatering in the tank.(c) After through cleaning of the tank, removal of algal calcination and other dust particles with high pressure including hot water treatment @50 degree centigrade.(d) Vacum cleaning and sludge shall be removed by using pump and the sludge has to be disposed off at a places as directed.(e) After removing the sludge from tank, the floor and inner surfaces of the tank shall be cleaned by using an industrial vaccum cleaner and the tank shall be made fully dust free and disinfection with bio-degradable chemical/anti bacterial spray and surfaces to be proven non toxic.

(f) After the treatment as mentioned at (e) above, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling shall be traeated with UV Radiation/Ozonization with UV rays.(g) After complete treatment is carried out, all inlet, over flow, delivery, wash out pipes, ladder and doors shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint after thorough cleaning the surface and also the surfaces of sluice valves shall be painted with P.O. Red paint and writing "capacity of tank, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning" on waqlls as specified and as directed.(h) The wire mesh of ventilaters of the tank shall be replaced with new GI wire mesh.

M & L for Water level indiactor, ISI marked suibale for 1.5/1.0 Lakh Gallon Over head water tank made out of MS sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick duly framed with Angle iron 50mmx50mmx5mm, painted with two coat synthetic enamelled white paint over a coat of red oxide primer, embossing /paste of water scale with red colour radium tape including sutable fixing arrengement, wire rope, float , scale etc as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.
