Repair/maint of LT panel board by dismantling all cable connection i.e incoming and outgoings and trenching out of loop of cable by digging, cutting burnt portion of cable, cleaning and fixing of lugs with crimping tool, cleaning of bus bar with emery paper, tightening of bus bar with busbar insulators, re-fixing of cable with busbars, by providing new bolts, nuts and washers cable lugs to be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spray painting to panel board (Inner & outer) with 2 coats of synthetic super enammelled paint, n.exc 2000mm x 1500mm x 600mm after rubbing and cleaning of existing paint, all as specified.

Labour only for removing of creepers grown along with LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes etc surface dressing ( n exc 25 Sq mtr) around the LT panel/sub station and inside the chain link fencing and removing all waste materials from site not exceeding 50mtr including supply and spraying chemical for destruction of grass all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling opening and taking out existing chain link/box type fencing including MS post/RCC post and re-fixing the same in vertical position and tightening to the chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (Locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in cement mortar (1:6) for of plinth of transformer or chain link fencing boundary, including earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40mm gradded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping of poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, opening and taking out MS gate of any size , keeping aside for reuse , making good to disturbed pillar of the gate, grouting of hold fast , preparing the surface of gate for painting and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint superior quality paint and reinstalling the MS gate after repair to its retrieved position all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting to chain link/MS box type fencing with two coat of synthetic enamelled aluminium paint including preparation of surface for painting all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCCB, 4 pole, 415V adjustable type 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA all as specified and directed including taking down old one.

All as item No 11 here-in-before but capacity 250 Amp.

Supply, install, test and commission out door type feeder pillar boxes 600mmx600mmx500mm (Bus bar chamber) with aluminium bus bar 400 amps - 04 Nos fixed over epoxy insulators and outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet supported with MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 90 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable single door ( door hinged with body at 4 places with hinges ) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93, all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts,wells,cesspits, manholes etc n.exc 10 sqm in plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M & L for sand cushioing to the full width of trenches for protection of cables and filling under floor including spreading watering and punning down upto 18 cm and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (.Note :- Only punned down volume of sand to be measured.)

Material and labour for bricks class designation 75, old size, flat, common clay laid in trenches across the trench as cable protection.

Taking out old U/S PVC XLPE cable HT LT of size 35 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 3/3.5 core all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Excavation & earth workshall be measured and paid separately)

Taking out existing PVC/ XLPE LT electric cable of size 35 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3.5/4 core and shifting the same toother location for relaying including testing all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Excavation & earth workshall be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No 38 above but 120 to 240 Sqmm

Cutting of existing roads for laying of under ground cable and making good to disturbed surface as per existing specifications not exceeding 0.9 mtr in depth all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of danger notice plate 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet viterous enamelled white with letters ,figures and skull and bones in red colour and fixed to LT electric panel with revets all a sspecified.

Taking out existing LT electrical panel from foundation after disconnection of all incoming and outgoing electric cables incl earthing lead and removing the cable from panel board and removal/demolition of PCC from the footing of the panel (PCC n exc 0.50 cum) and placing the panel safely for reuse at same or other locations incl earthwotk complete all a sspecified.

M&L for replacement of angles bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts bolts washers welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one promer coat , one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel complete all as specified.

M&L for replacement of copper thimbles of size 25 to 50 Sqmm including crimping to the core of cable with help of crimping tools all as specified. Make : Dowells/Jainsons
