M&L for pressure gunniting/shotcreting for columns / beams surfaces of overhead resoirvoir (OHT) including water proofing by Epoxy coating of any size and staging height upto 24.00 metre by using mechanical means and necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. :- Notes:- Stages for gunniting/shotcreting columns/beam surfaces:- (a) Dismantling/taking down loose /spalling /unsound cement concrete layers average depth 25mm from the Columns/beams and dispose off unserviceable debris and rubbish outside MD land. (b) Preparation of exposed reinforcement (i.e. including cutting of all edges, roughening the smooth surfaces, scrapping out / removing corrosion all loose / scale / rust etc from visible reinforcement by applying rust remover Reebaklens RR (3-4 Sqm per litre) or epoxy coated bonding agent or equivalent of Chemco system / Webac chemical and trimming cleaning the steel reinforcement properly) of beam/columns surfaces. (c) Insertion of additional Reinforcement . (Reinforcement will be measured separtely) (d) Applying two Coats to the exposed reinforcement by ReArm Coat- Zp or equivalent of Chemco system / Webac chemicals on visible reinforcement surfaces to form a continious dry film not less than 80 micron thick a reinforcement epoxy. (e) Gunniting/Shotcrete the damaged portion with cement mortar mixed with Aqua Arm bond latex and then plastering.

M&L for water proofing by grouting & Epoxy coating for wall/floor surfaces of RCC UG Sump/ Semi UG Sump of any size and any height / depth by using mechanical means and necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. :- Notes:- Stages for water proofing by nozzle grouting & Epoxy Coating wall/floor surfaces:- (a) Dismantling loose /spalling /unsound cement concrete layers from the wall/floor or racking out surfaces and disposed up unserviceable debris and rubbish outside MD land. (b) Cutting of the construction joints in 'V' shaped grooves. (c) Drilling of holes for pressure grouting of 10mm to 15 mm dia., 100 to 150mm deep at the intervals of 350 mm c/c on RCC structural members surfaces in staggered manner in the honeycomb / seepage portions and cleaning of holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (d) Patching the entire 'v' shaped grooves with cement, admixed with quick setting compound . (e) Fixing of PVC nozzles for grouting with quick setting compound admixed with cement. (f) Next grouting is to be done with cement mixture with CEBEX-100 through nozzle by high pressure injection pump incl rendering 15mm thick with CM(1:6). All these operations are made from inside/outside of the reservoir and arrange all necessary scaffolding needed to complete the entire procedure. (g) Water testing of the tanks by filling the tanks with water and for successfully prevention of the water leakage switch over to the next level for expoxy coating. (h) Applying a coat of floor/wall surfaces with cementitious acrylic polymer coat Aqua Arm Topguard. (j) Water to be made empty and a water proofing coating to be made in 2 coats in the inner wall and floor of the tank with water based epoxy Aqua Arm Tank Coat (Potable Water grade).

M&L for removing loose plasters and concrete layers from the roof, ceilings, beams and columns etc including all necessary scaffolding and disposing off debris outside of cantonment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of exposed reinforcement by using rust remover to remove all rust complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coating the exposed reinforcement by Re Arm Coat - ZP (Reinforcement epoxy) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for layering the old concrete with Re-Arm super bond a solvent free epoxy resin bonding agent which will act as a bonding agent between old and new concrete including necessary formwork, scaffolding and cement etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for backing the entire surface with concrete mortar prepared with 6mm stone aggregates, sand and cement including necessary formwork, scaffolding etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering the entire backed roof/beams/columns/walls mixed with Aqua Arm Bond Latex including necessary formwork, scaffolding and cement etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only BRC welded wire mesh as additional reinforcement wherever required including necessary fixing arrangement such as nuts & bolts, anchors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chicken wire mesh for plastering of concrete surfaces wherever required incl necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old / new plastered surfaces and applying two coat (Base Coat and Top Coat) of exterior weather coat emulsion paint over primer of following brands : (i) Asian Paints - Ultima Protek (ii) Berger Paints - Weather Coat Long Life (iii) Nerolac Paints - Suraksha superior protection for "overhead tanks staging ht upto 24.00 metre" compelete all as directed.

M & L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots, moulds ,moss and efflorecent salts and treading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash to walls .

Cleaning of RCC Over Head Reservoirs as described below : i) Before starting the cleaning of Over Head Reservoir, distribution line from OH tank is to be disconnected and plugged with suitable fittings. After cleaning, plugged line should be washed out and connected to the distribution pipe line as per existing position. Cost of required earth work and excavation at places is deemed to be included in item rate quoted by the contractor. ii) The inner surface of the walls and ceiling of the tank shall be cleaned with high pressure jet pump after emptying the water in the tank. iii) After thorough cleaning of the tank, the cleaning water and sludge is to be removed by using pump and the sludge has to be disposed off at a place as directed. iv) After removing the sludge from tank the tank shall be first cleaned thoroughly by using high pressure water pump and again the floor and inner surfaces of the tank shall be cleaned by using a industrial vaccum cleaner and the tank shall be made fully dirt free. v) After making the tank dirt free, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling of the tank shall be treated with anti bacterial agents. vi) After the treatment as mentioned at (iv) above, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling shall be treated with UV Radiator. NOTE : (i) The unit rate quoted deemed to be including draining of water with mechanical equipment and working in water and mud etc. (ii) The unit rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of all safety precautions which shall be taken while working on RCC over head tank/underground sump and contractor or his Engineer shall be available during execution of the job. (iii) Lighting arrangements if required shall be provided by the contractor temporarily at his own arrangements and the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of this and electricity / diesel shall not be provided by the department. (iv) Contractor will not be allowed more than one day to do the work inside each OH tank/UG sump to precvent interruption of water supply to the users.
