Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and not e. 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles, laying UG cables, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soft / loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for boring/drilling by machines/manual horizontally under the road in any type of soil without cutting/disturbing the existing road and inserting GI pipe of any size for drawing the cable complete all as specified.(GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for clean dry (tibba) sand cushioning to U/G cable and punning for cushioning of cable 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall not be less then 18 cm. Punned thickness shall only be museared and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm as mechanical protection to underground cables laying with length of the cable cover equal to the width of the trench

M&L for galvanised steel tube 50mm bore (light grade) laying in road/drain crossing for cable protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for galvanised steel tube 50mm bore (light grade) fixed to pole/wall/floor for cable protection pipe including clamp of MS flat of size 50x5mm and nut, bolt & washers of size 50x12mm for clamping of cable protection pipe with wall/pole as where required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete for sub base of poles.

Fixing only serviceable cross arm, MS Channel, angle section obtained from item No 28 here-in-before after painting with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including nuts, bots, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat (red oxide, zine chrome primer), one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors or disturbed span including line spacer and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and unserviceable materials removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only by re-straining, tightening of ACSR conductors of any size/type on LT poles including necessary new aluminium binding wire for fixing with insulator/PVC sleeves for jumper etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Serviceable ACSR conductors shall be obtained from item No. 31 here-in-before).

M&L in repair for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on LT poles including straining, binding with insulators with aluminium binding wire with insulator as in OH conductor, providing PVC sleeves for jumpers complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type and any size and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and removing unserviceable materials from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable pin type porcelain, vitreous, (white/brown or green) insulator for 1100 volts grade of any type obtained from item No 34 here-in-before.

Fixing only serviceable shackle type porcelain, vitreous (white / brown or green) insulator of any size and shape for 1100 Volts grade obtained from item No 34 here-in-before.

S&F in repair pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete as specified and directed.

S&F in repair shackle type, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps of size 31 x 3 mm, 12 mm dia insulator bolts, nuts and washers for working pressure 1100 volts of size 75 mm height, 90 mm dia complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT Stay assembly, of any size and unserviceable materials removing from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. a) Unserviceable Stay assembly shall be taken off/dismantled at Ground Level and making good disturbed ground surface. b) Rate is inclusive of necessary earthwork for demolition of cement concrete complete.

M&L in repair Stay assembly for LT complete with accessories as shown in Electrical plate No. 1 of MES schedule Part- I, 16 mm dia stay rod, 7/3.15 mm galvanised stay strand complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Loop insulator, stay clamps, excavation/ earthwork and cement concrete shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule).

S&F in repair loop type insulators vitreous porcelain white / brown or green small size with overall dimensions 65x90 mm clearance of hole 16 mm dia complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling earth wire of any size/dia, guarding cradle of disturbed span and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and removing unserviceable materials from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable GI wire 3.15 mm or 4 mm dia martial obtained from item No 42 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling of gravels of size up to 40mm all-round the four pole/ two pole structure over sand filling complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- Sand filling shall be measured & paid separately here-in-before.]

M&L for cradles, hexagonal / rectangular, fabricated or continuous earth wire with galvanised steel wire 3.15 mm or 4 mm dia complete as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC fibre separator for LT line 1100 volt OH conductor 3/4 wire system for maintaining horizontal spacing of conductor complete with nut & bolt minimum two nos in a span complete as specified and directed.

Trimming of tree branches around the LT /HT OH conductor, pole & stay (not less than 3 metre) to clear the over head lines including cleaning of birdnest, creepers on poles and stays etc complete as required including removing and disposed off from the site as directed.

M & L in repair earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25m deep bellow ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5m deep below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 32 x 6mm earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, washers of galvanised steel earth strip protected by and including GI pipe 40mm dia bore (light grade) and conncted to main test point as directed and including concrete pit in PCC(1:3:6)type C-1 precast RCC(1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab 54 x 5 cm reinforced with 4mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab funnel wire mens 20mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal and salt in altemate layers, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown on electrical plate No3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified.
