ITC of Central Cooling and Controlling System comprising of the following:

144KW / 4800000 Btu/Hr of Constant Speed 3 Phase scroll Type High Static High Volume Distant Air Carrying Machine / Air Handling Unit with Heat Exchangers Type Central Air conditioning & 12000 Btu (2 Nos ) of split AC

SITC Of Insulated Refrigerant Piping,Interconnecting cabling,with necessary MS support and Cable Tray wherever Required as per site.( 12 Mtr x 6 Nos)

Charge Of Refrigerant Gas

Presuure testing / Vaccumising , Testing and commisioning , Balancing and Handing over system with As built Drawing and Documentation such as Test certificates etc

MS fabrication work for insttallation & mounting of AHU/ Heat Exchangers at 3rd Floor with Proper Service Platform .

Air distribution work alongwith Air Carrier Metal Enclosure / Closed Passage with Distribution Outlets, Volume Control Dampers,Air Diffusing Systems Involving Following 22G GSS Sheet Metal work / HVLV Distribution chamber system 13 MM Closed cell nitrile rubber / 10 mm Armoasound Accoustic Insulation / Air diffusing Control Units / Diffusing High volume Outlets aluminium powder coated

Distribution Cabling work For Total System of Aircooling from Ground floor to Top Floor at Required Location and further distribution to all air cooling units.

From Main Incoming Power from ground floor by Government supply to Top floor with following 4C X 50 Sqmm Coopper Armoured Cable / Aluminium Equivalent along with Necessary MS / GI Cable Tray Supports and Necessary Dressings wherever required.

Electrical work : 4 core 6 sqmm Cable at 6 nos points in the Area along with earthing from Main Distrubution Panel to Air cooling Points distributed all over. Area. This work shall involve laying of cables from main DB Box on Top Floor & then distribution of 8 nos of cables to 8 nos of Units. This work shall be carried out with Necessary MS / GI Cable Tray.Supports and Necessary Dressings wherever required.

Distribution Electrical Board Box Involving following

SITC Of Board In Metal Enclosure, Surface / Flush Mounting with 210 A Copper Bus Bass . The Board shall consist of Earth Terminal and neutral Link for Outgoing circuit / Feeders. Sheet metal enclosed IP-42 Protection , Metal Door, Per Phase Isolation DB RDS and 4 Pole MCB In comer. The Board shall consist Of :- 63 A , 4 Pole MCB- 1NO / 40AELCB- 1NO / 40 A MCB -4 NOS / 63 AMPS -2 NOS / 16 A - 2 NOS / 9 A - 3 NOS.

Repairing & Alteration in Exisitng False ceiling along with strengthening of False ceiling supports, along with realingment,filling the gaps,removal of existing tubelight fixtures , Refilling the fixture with New Lights

L type Gypsum / 2 ft x 2 ft Removal Grid ceiling Boxing below the main False ceilisng to cover the HVAC system and vertical partition above false ceiling for seggregrating AC return air for Asthetic Good looks. This extended boxing shall have accessible removable tiles for servicing of Air conditioners & same boxing shall be finished with wall putty & 2 coats of Painting along with supporting arrangements with Internal GI Patti & Supporting strings.

Removal of All Fans (24 Nos) Cleaning the Surfaces,Repainting the Fans with High Quality Painting,Changing the electrical components in fan such as capacitor,wiring,winding etc., (This work shall be carried out inside your compound premises / Our Workshop) Reinstallation of Fan with proper Electrical connection & testing

Transportation of all equipments from Outstation & within the State to site

Lifting,Shifting & Placement of All Equipments on the required location at site involving Crane / Manual etc

One coat of Touch Up painting work on the wall Inside Surface which is been spoiled due to Work Carried Out

4 Nos of Door Polishing & Repairing work of Latches.

Scafolding arrangements to carry out safework at Higher Heights.

MS fabrication work from the trusses above the false ceiling for Boxing to cover HVAC systen & Heat Exchanger & Ventilation Equipments.

Clearing the Debris and Cleaning the Area at approved Location by Authority and Handing over

Civil work while carrying out work such as core cutting,cut outs in walls refinishing with the sand /cement plasters & white cement plaster at various locations to fecilitate the installation & proper sealing to avoid rodents,birds insects to enter inside
