M&L for complete removal and scrapping down with burshes washing with water to external surfaces of RCC overhead tank at any height and filling cracks with white cement and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal and antiagal exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer complete all as per specified and directed of Make Asian "(Appex Ultima)" or equivlent in Burger/Joshon. Note : (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto height 25 to 30 Mtr etc. complete as per specification and directed by GE . (ii) Adoption of necessary safety arrangements like safety belts ropes, helmets netting etc which are required for safety of worker working at height exceeding 3 mtr shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof antiagal and antifungal exterior emulsion paint to under ground sump (UG sump) over a one coat of primer of Make Apex Ultima of Asian Paints/Weathershield Projects of Dulux Paint or equivalent approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working complete as per specification and directed by GE . Dismantling / taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose / unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external / internal surfaces of RCC OHT/sump/ wall / roof / beams / columns / RCC , average depth 25mm (at any staging) with power driven of pneumatic chisel and disposal of unservicable material debris and rubbish outside MD land at a place as specified by local bodies including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the cavities, roughening the smooth surfaces, scrapping out / removing corrosion all loose / scale / rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover or approved make equivalent the steel reinforcemnt properly and then applying single component cementitious corrosion inhibiting primer for steel reinforcement emco system/Webac chemicals on visible reiforcement all as specified and directed. M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces with using Pidiproof LW + (special formulated liquid water proofing compound composed of surface active plasting agents polymer addities uisng reinforced polymer modified repair mortar) of plaster and concrete to achieve Compressive strength of 15 N/mm2 in 1 Day ,25 N/mm2 in 3 Days ,adhesion bond strength of >2 N/mm2 as per IS 2645-2003 and unsing 200ml in 50kg cement , finished the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed.
