The Distance between the two columns on the length side is 4 mtr. The distance between columns on the gable front is 6 Mtr. The columns are connected to the foundation by telescopic method and fastened by bolt, nut and washers. Foundation Work/ Ground Preparation: The surface must be prepared with slope of 1-2% on the gutter length (North-South). On the gable width- it is recommended to keep the structure flat or upto 0.5% maximum slope. The Foundation is isolated from the Soil by which protects the foundation pipe from corrosion and harm. Foundation Pipe Telescopic method foundation will be provided The principle pillars are connected to the foundation pipes of 40mm x 40mm x 1.2 Mtr Long x 2.0 mm thick Galvanisation 300 Gr/ sqmtr. The foundation hole is of Dia. 300 mm and depth of 750 mm, the distance between foundations is 4 mtr on the length side and 6 mtr on the gable front. ISI marked Gl pipe, 2mm thick for structures with min. 300GSM Galvanization. GI pipe will be IS 3601/1239/4923 standard The arches of the structure are made of the GI Pipe of Dia, 40mm x 40mm x 2mm thick. The distance between the arches is 4 mtr. The shape of the arches allows better extension of the covering and prevents the accumulation of the rain water on the top. Arch Complex each Gable has an arch and horizontal beam of 6 mtr which connects the end of the arch with the end of the pillar. The horizontal beam is made of Dia. 40 x 40mm mm Pipe and it connects to the arch by means of diagonal reinforcement The arches, horizontal beam and the reinforcements create the rigid, highly resistant complex. All the connections of the complex are done means of clamps, bolts, washers without need of welding. Reinforcement The Structure is reinforced by different means 1) Diagonal reinforcement pipes of 32mm x 32mm which connects the upper extreme of the pillars of the 3 row to the lower extreme of the pillars of the 2nd row on each gable front. 2) Top Purlin Reinforcement of GI Pipe of 40 mm x 40mm which connects the arches along the length of the structure. 3) Diagonal reinforcement of Gi pipe 40 mm x 40mm which connects the centre of the front arch to the extreme of the pillar on the 2nd row of each gable. Plastic Coated Spring: The male spring has a zigzag shape and is made of steel 2.3mm thickness including with PVC coating. The length of the zigzag is 2000mm Galvanized Profile: The Shade net coverings is connected to the structure by a locking profile of Galvanised steel. Shading System: High quality UV stabilized shade net Green+black in color 75% (Ginegar/Tuflex India Make) on the all sides & roof of the structure.
