Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and as per the direction of Engineer - in -Charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm (fifty milimetre) thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m (One thousand metre)laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504. complete in all respects including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The work should be executed as per Job Mix furmula approved by department .The rates should be quated accordingly.Nothing extra shall be applicable on this account.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty milimetre ) thick with 100-120 (one hunderd -one hundred twenty ) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six ) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 (five hundred eight ) complete in all respects Including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and as per the direction of Engineer - in -Charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic materials by fully/ semi autometic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of materilas, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foriegn materilas etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
