Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) for the satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required) including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etcetera and removal of form work for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access plat form in including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral stair cases

Edges of slab and break in floors and walls under 20cm ( Twenty centimetre) wide.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buteresses, plinth and string courses etcetera

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) mechanically mixed and vibrated of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated design mix reinforced cement concrete of M-25 (twenty five ) grade, stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) with cement content of 400Kg ( four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated design mix reinforced cement concrete of M-30 (M-Thirty) grade, stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etcetera above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government
