Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlarfacings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete if reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type, D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns plinth beam and similar work flat and rough finished surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for form work to sides of pillers, posts struts piles columns and similar work flat with fair finished surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of beams, lintels, RCC bands , and similar work flat and rough finished surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for TMT CRS bars, 10 mm diameter and over cut to length bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm diameter or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT CRS bars, 8 mm diameter including 10mm diameter in stirrups ,cut to length bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm diameter or securing with clips as in stirrups all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in footing, foundation and Plinth Beam etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars,posts, and struts etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in band and coping all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling with soft/disintegrated rock in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming. all as specified and as directed.

Removal of soft/disintegrated rock exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500m and depositing where as directed not exceeding 1.50 m high from starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, type C-5 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finish even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall and applying two coats of Anti Fungal acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer on new surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3.(not less than 10 kg/Sqm) all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars and similar work/conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work such as in angle iron, flat iron fillets etc for horn, fixing of barbed wire to MS post, securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary cuttings, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and including 10mm MS bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required, as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing framed work as in door or gate (decorated type) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail braces etc complete drilled for fixing sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks or hinges or steel hanging door fittings and welding etc (Fe-410-W Gde-E-250 n quality A) all as specified and as directed

S&F ornamental pieces for gate all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation newly steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm diameter, barbed with 2mm diameter barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc compete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and fixing of 610mm concertina coil fencing with GING Coating and 9 line RBT+125 to 127 clips per coil +50 circle of wire in 1 coil + coil coverage of 6-8 Rm +wt of approx 8.5Kg per coil +GI wire etc.complete all as specified and as directed.
