COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF DG SETS, SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER, AMF PANELS, AND CONNECTED MISC ITEMS AT 58 SU AF STN CHIMNEY HILLS

Maintenance and servicing of Diesel Generator set of capacity 400 KVA alongwith connected Alternator and Panel Board once in 02 (Two) months installed at Power House by carrying out routine 'A' check of the engine (Except during the month when 'B' check is carried out) complete for smooth functioning all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed and the quoted rates shall deemed to include the following :- (a) Servicing of DG set with connected Alternator and Panel Board including 'A' check of the Engine shall be carried out once in 2 months, (Except during the month when 'B' check is carried out). Contractor shall carry out periodical inspections during the maintenenace period and shall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the DG set for a period of 60 days from the date of service and shall also attend all the maintenence / breakdown repairs as and when required during the period except in case of major repairs. (b) Repairs to the unserviceable ammeter, voltmeter, oil pressure sensor, push buttons, indicator lamps, relays, control fuse and replacement of minor parts, cleaning & servicing all contact points. (c) Cost of all consumables required during the maintenance period. (d) Cost of all labour for fixing the spares. NOTES :- (i) Spare parts other than mentioned in para (b) above required for replacement during the maintenance period hall be measured & paid separately "UNDER SUPPLY ONLY RATES" (ii) List of checks to be carried out under 'A' check is attached as Appendix 'A' to the Particular specifications.

Maintenance and servicing of Diesel Generator set of capacity 400 KVA alongwith connected Alternator and Panel Board once in every 06 (six) months or 250 hours of running of DG Set whichever is earlier installed at Power House by carrying out routine 'B' check of the engine including items covered in 'A' check complete for smooth functioning all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed and the quoted rates shall deemed to include the following :- (a) Servicing of DG set with connected Alternator and Panel Board carrying out routine 'B' check of the Engine once in 06 (six) months, including items covered in 'A' check. Contractor shall carry out periodical inspections during the maintenenace period and shall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the DG set for a period of 30 days from the date of service and shall also attend all the maintenence / breakdown repairs as and when required during the period except in case of major repairs. (b) Repairs to the unserviceable ammeter, voltmeter, oil pressure sensor, push buttons, indicator lamps, relays, control fuse and replacement of minor parts, cleaning & servicing all contact points. (c) Cost of all consumables such as diesel/oil filters etc., required during the maintenance period. (d) Cost of all labour for fixing the spares. NOTES :- (i) Engine oil, radiator coolant and spare parts other than mentioned in para (b) above required for replacement during the maintenance period hall be measured & paid separately "UNDER SUPPLY ONLY RATES" (ii) List of checks to be carried out under 'B' check is attached as Appendix 'A' to the Particular specifications.

Supply only Engine Oil SAE 15W-40W all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make :- VOLVOLINE/IOC/Kirloskar/HP

Supply only radiator coolant allas specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make :- VOLVOLINE/IOC/Kirloskar

Dehydration and Filtering the Servo Stabilizrer cooling oil having the dielectric strength when below 40KV and testing of Stabilizer oil after filtration as per IS-335-1972 and removing the moisture contents in the transformer cores/winding as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling top up Stabilizer cooling and insulating oil,Packed in sealed packed container, conforming to IS 335 in the Stabilizer up to the marked level all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 650 KVA, 3 phase, including spares, lubricants and labour installed at Power House complete all as directed. NOTE: Comprehensive maintenance shall include the following:- (i) Routine maintenance every 2 months. (ii) Replacement of defective PCB, Servo motor, multifunction meter, rubber gaskets, Indicator lamps including the above quoted rates etc .,

All as per item No. 17, here in before but but 400 KVA Capacity.

Supply and fix in repairs, Battery 180 AH, 12 volts, suitable for DG sets including battery terminals complete all as specified and directed. Make : Exide/Amaron/Tata

Supply and fix Heavy duty Contactor for AMF Panel 30 KVA DG set ,Maximum optimium current AC3 50 Amps with Integrated auxiliary contacts 2 NO +2 NC,Control voltage 415 V with capacitive switching units all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Heavy duty Contactor for AMF Panel 20 KVA DG set ,Maximum optimium current AC3 32 Amps with Integrated auxiliary contacts 2 NO +2 NC,Control voltage 415 V With capacitive switching units all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge.
