Repair, maint and making leak proof GI/CI/DI water supply pipe lines/valves after rectifying the defects of the water supply items in DOMESTIC AREA such as joints, sluice valves/gate valves, bends, elbows, tees, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, cutting, screwing and for making forged bends on piping as required and other similar items/fittings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Each job is assessed for one no fitter general mechanic alongwith a helper each day in one shift. (ii) Minor excavation required for repair work for upto the length of 1mtr and depth of 1 mtr and width of 0.6 mtr including retrurning filling and removal of surplus soil is deemed to be included in quoted rates (iii) Material such as joints, valves of any type, CI fittings will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule, cost of taking out, fixing only and faulty items and any material other that mentioned required for fault rectification is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) Any T&P required for execution of job is to be provided by contractor and is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (v) Contractor manpower has to collect complaint on daily basis and rectification will be done within 48 hrs after receipt of complaint failing which a penal recovery @ Rs. 500/day will be recoverd from contractor.

Scrapping removing and cleaning of interior surface of overhead reservior of capacity 100000 gallon at 15 Mtr height from ground level cleaning with alum water and brush to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge including writing date of clearing and capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint of size 10 cm height of tank complete and specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(ii) Interlocking tiles and cement concrete required for making good will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacement Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, shape and size as approved, conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness with Grey cement and pigment including providing sub base with PCC/Cement mortar and sand filling as required for proper fixing of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
