M&L for boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of 300mm dia and 10.00m depth below pile cap in design mix concrete of M-35 grade with minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum for reinforced cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap. (b) In the event of increase in quantity of cement content as per design mix, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rate are deemed to include for the same.

M&L for vertical initial load test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity) of single pile upto 50 tonne safe capacity in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Initial Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. (b) Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vertical routine load test (Test Load 1.5 times the Safe capacity) of single pile upto 50 tonne safe capacity in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Routine Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. (b) Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete of M-35 grade with minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum for reinforced cement concrete work upto plinth level using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland / Portland Slag cement/Sulphate resisting Portland cement (SRPC), admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement complete all as specified and directed. Note - In the event of increase in quantity of cement content as per design mix, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rate are deemed to include for the same.

M&L for laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete of M-35 grade with minimum cement content of 340 kg /cum for reinforced cement concrete work above plinth level upto floor V level using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, sulphate resisting Portland cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost formwork, and reinforcement complete all as specified and directed. Note - In the event of increase in quantity of cement content as per design mix, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rate are deemed to include for the same.

M&L for use and waste of formwork for fair finish of concrete surfaces including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) on any side of one or half brick wall finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion 100% weather proof with anti fungal properties of approved colour with silicon additive & colour stay technology, excellent dirt resistance, UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004 with VOC less than 50 gm/litre @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over one coat of acrylic exterior primer @ 0.90 ltr/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing at site angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. including embedding in concrete, notching for wire and all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing hot dip galvanised (having zinc coating 260 to 280 GSM) two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum) and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each single line wire to be measured.

M&L for concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3.20 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 3.00 m to 3.50 m apart and with horizontal barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron , with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of mild steel angle, C.C. blocks and barbed wire shall be paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

M&L for finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including applying appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in all kind of soil, n exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors etc. laid in layers not exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes 600mm dia including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying in position plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand of zone-III derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including the cost of formwork for all work up to plinth level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying in position plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand of zone-III derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of formwork and finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing wall surfaces to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc.; all cracks, voids and minor damages shall be patched/repaired prior to application of primer paint with white cement putty and applying two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion 100% weather proof with anti fungal properties of approved colour with silicon additive & colour stay technology, excellent dirt resistance, UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004 with VOC less than 50 gm/litre @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over one coat of acrylic exterior primer @ 0.90 ltr/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required formwork but excluding cost of reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stainless steel (Grade-304) gratings/railing made of hollow tubes, solid bars, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the grating/railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.

M&L for Lateral load testing of single pile in accordance with IS Code of practice IS : 2911 (Part IV) upto 50 tonne capacity pile for determining safe allowable lateral load on pile complete all as specified and directed.
