Painting two coats over old iron work such as doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Stain free Nano Polish Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Making new truss using new mateials of MS sections including cutting the angle to the required length drilling holes wherever necessary for fixing the pipe purlins, rafters and fixing the post etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of PUF roof panels made up of minimum 0.5mm thick PPGI corrugated Sheet at the top and a plain sheet at the bottom with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) of density 40kg + 2 Kg/cum as insulation in between .The polyurethane foam shall confirm to latest IS 12436. The minimum thickness of PU foam layer shall be 29mm for having 30mm (min) thick PUF panel. The PPGI Sheets shall be of minimum 240 MPA Steel Grade & shall have a Zinc coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992, 5-7 microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet & polyester top coat of 18-20 microns on one side / outer side. The PPGI Sheets / PUF Panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 microns to avoid scratches to finished panel during transportation. Providing ridges or hips ,encasing the ends of Panel with plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers etc complete excluding the cost of trusses, purlins and inclusive of cutting to size and shape wherever required.30mm thick PUF external wall panel
