Development of 15 Nos. Parking Bays, Parallel Taxi Track and Other associated works at DABH Airport, Indore. SH Supply and Laying of Secondary Leads for Apron and Taxiway Edge Lights by Kerf Cutting of Apron/ Taxiway and associated works as required

Supply of 2 nos. of 1 core x 2.50 sq.mm. EPR/ elastomer insulated secondary leads as a pair of following lengths with suitable male/ female connector mouldings on both sides of the pair for connecting Isolating Transformer at one end and GLF fitting at the other end.

Laying of 2 Nos. 1 x 2.50 sq. mm. Secondary lead after cutting kerf upto a depth of 175 mm. as required, with the help of kerf cutting machine including chipping, cleaning and removing the concrete/ stone, dust etc. and priming the kerf channel, filling with protective backing rod and polysulphide sealant etc. as required.

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type,metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/ dummy plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one/ two side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one /two nos. of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 225 mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 40mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts complete as required.

Installation of Transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100 mm thick and all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water and providing and fixing 200 mm long 40mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for receiving secondary lead including excavation of earth and refilling etc. complete as required. Due care to be taken to keep all the activities in synch to ensure suitable connection of GI/ DWC Pipes as required.

Installation of Transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100 mm thick and all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of paver blocks/ earth and refilling (wherever the transformers boxes are to be installed in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required. Due care to be taken to keep all the activities in synch to ensure suitable connection of GI/ DWC Pipes as required.

Supply of 10 mm. thick round MS dummy plate of dia 330 mm. and having 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm. suitable for fixing over above CI Housing Boxes, alongwith supply of 6 Nos. Stainless Steel M10x40 bolts and suitable neoprene gasket etc. complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping of 6 sq.mm. plug & receptable with existing 6 sq.mm. single core PVC Cu. Conductor cable, making connection of Plug & Receptacle and connector of secondary lead with Isolating Transformer inside the CI Housing Box including filling the gaps with water sealant material, applying PVC insulation tape etc., and thereafter fixing the MS Dummy Plate over the CI Box with gasket and M10 bolts etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Taxiway/ Apron edge light on existing transformer housing box with all accessories including lamp, lens, gasket, nut bolts etc. and making connection with the secondary lead connector etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 40 mm dia B class GI pipe of length approx. 1.15 mtr. (+/- 0.10 mtr.) as per site requirement, for crossing existing culvert by making suitable hole on walls of the culvert and filling/ finishing the surrounding void with concrete after laying the pipe. One end of the pipe shall be connected to existing CI Housing box with proper check nut and the other end shall be open to receive secondary lead as required.

Supply and laying of 50 mm dia B class GI pipe including sockets, all accessories etc. as required, by removing paver blocks, coarse sand etc. and refilling/ making good the same after laying. The pipe shall be connected to existing CI Housing Boxes at both end alongwith providing suitable check nuts etc. as required.

Laying of 1 no. 63 mm dia OD DWC Pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground including excavation, trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc. complete as required. The DWC Pipe shall be provided by AAI.

Laying of 1 no. additional 63 mm dia OD DWC Pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground in existing trench complete as required. The DWC Pipe shall be provided by AAI.

Laying of 1 no. 63 mm dia OD DWC Pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in existing culvert duly clamped (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) on its wall etc. complete as required. The DWC Pipe shall be provided by AAI.

Laying of one. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade size upto 16 sq mm in existing RCC/Hume/Stoneware/GI pipes /DWC pipe as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing in existing surface/recess pipe along with submain wiring/ cable etc. as required.
