E. OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness not less than 2mm. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP 23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated (colour Light Grey & D.A.Grey). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. F. INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING Interconnection between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3x95Sq.mm XLPE Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchge Note:- (a) Packge Sub-Station is indoor plinth mounted type. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of errection, testing and commissioning including Civil work for package substation as per OEM specifications (b) Package Sub-staion complete with the internal interconnections & all other miscellaneous items required for satisfactory completion of job shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply installation, testing & commissioning of the following siwtch gears set having 01 Nos of 11 KV, 3-Phase, 50 HZ, 630 Amps, 350 MVA, 26.3 KA Vacuum Circuit Breakers, extensible indoor type with motorized and manual spring charging facility breaking capacity 26.3 KA for 3 Seconds, SCADA compatible, having pad lock, provision for earth switch complete with all necessary accessories and standard fittings (e.g. Relays, C.T.s, P.T.s, Power pack, spring charging motor, trip coil, ammeter, voltmeter, indication lamps etc) all as specified, required at and as directed, comprising of 01 Nos of outgoing VCB and 01 bus coupler connecting the VCBs with existing VCB at CHESS. VCB comprising the following: - Note: Rate quoted shall deemed to include 01 Nos of VCB & bus coupler.
(a) 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, 400 Amps, 13.1 KA, VCB having short circuit current withstand capacity not less than 13.1 KA for 3 Seconds, having manual and automatic charging mechanism, by DC / Universal motor suitable for 110 Volts / 230 Volts AC / DC or as per OEM's recommendations, shunt trip coil, indication lamp, on off switch padlock, provision for earth switch etc complete all as specified and directed. (b) Double Core and Double Ratio type dry type current transformers (C.Ts) of ratio 5-25/5-5 Amps, suitable for 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, having 15 VA burden or as per OEM's recommendation with 0.5 class accuracy for metering and % P10 accuracy for protection-01 Set of three. (c) Dry type 11 KV/110 Volts potential transformer (P.T.s) suitable for 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, connected to bus bar class-1 accuracy of 100 VA burden or as per OEM's recommendation complete all as specified and directed-01 Set.
(d) Electronic type solid state programmable type self powered, SCADA compatible having overload, earth fault and short circuit tripping facility with memory to record fault event with fault current and type of fault with real date and time suitable for 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ VCB and having high torque, less burden not more than 3 VA and low overshoot suitable for 5 of 1 Amps current rating and having three over current and one earth fault elements with over current range not less than 50% to 200% in steps of not less than 5% with time multiplier setting range not less than 0.1 to 1.0 in steps of not more than 0.01 (separate for over current and earth fault) suitable DC auxiliary supply and housed on horizontal draw out type case flush pattern with accessories duly connected with trip and alarm system complete all as specified and directed-01 Set. Supplying, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged pole in true vertical position with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paint in embedded portion and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 3" large bold letters complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L Pipe bracket for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, tubing bend to shape, 1.5m long fixed to pole wall including provn of two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 50x6 mm including of provn of bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 4 core x 10 sqmm size
All as per item No.24 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3 mtr
M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole / stay / post including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping of poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and lay GI tubing , 40 mm bore light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for service wire of copper conductor 3 core X1.5 Sqmm for connection of light fittings . ( Used for connection of street light from Junction box)
