Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying up to floor five level reinforced cement concrete in foundation,columns and beams and the like excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

12mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete .

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint( Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 Sqm with 100 % premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ( Company Depot tinted ) with silicon additives .

M/L Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level. Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.With G.I. barbed wire metre all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) metre all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : 13.33.1 Flush/ Ruled pointing sqm all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of external boundary wall as dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work for gate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Supply and fixing of Steel water tubes, medium grade, ISI Marked as per IS-1239 part-I galvanized, with all fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, plugs, sockets etc., laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed of following bores:-

(a) 50 mm dia bore

(b) 25 mm dia bore

Supply and fix gun metal gate valve, ISI marked connected with iron wheel head, screwed at both ends for iron pipes and fixed complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 50 mm bore

(b) 25 mm bore

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m away and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 Ltrs Rotational moulded polye thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

S &F 25mm dai Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed

Cuttings existing DI pipe line of 100 mm dia for insertion of new Tees, collars for branch connections etc into 100mm dia including Tee for branch connection all as specified and as directed

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Construction of Brick Masonry valve chamber of size 600 x 600 x 750 mm (Internal dimensions) with PCC 1:4:8 foundation 150mm thick, brick work built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earthwork in hard/dense soil, MS sheet cover 4mm thick with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting to MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of 11 KV Compact Sub Station with non extensible RMU consisting of following :- A . HT SWITCHGEAR 11kV, 630Amps, 21KA for 3 Sec. Non-Extensible Ring Main Unit with Metering Panel Compact Switchgear Consisting of One No. Vacuum Circuit Breaker In SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure, with series trip, self powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) protection, earth fault protection and thermal over load relay for transformer. Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer shall be using 1Cx3x95 sq.mm aluminium unarmorured XLPE Cable .

Transformer as per IS-1180(Part-1)-2014 EEL- 2 with amendment no.- 4 Losses @50% Load - 1150W Losses @100% Load - 3330W. C. LOW VOLTAGE SWITCHGEAR-800 A COPPER BUS BAR LT ACB (Air circuit breaker) INCOMER CUM OUTGOING 415 V , 800Amps 4P,50 KA fixed ACB Microprocessor based release Outgoing - 01 No. 320A 4P 415V 36KA MCCB with thermal magnetic based release with O/L & S/C protection.- 03 Nos. 160A 4P 415V 25KA MCCB with thermal magnetic based release with O/L & S/C protection.- 01 No. 32A TPN MCB. E. OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness not less than 2mm. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP 23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated (colour Light Grey & D.A.Grey). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. F. INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING Interconnection between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3x95Sq.mm XLPE Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchge Note:- (a) Packge Sub-Station is indoor plinth mounted type. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of errection, testing and commissioning including Civil work for package substation as per OEM specifications (b) Package Sub-staion complete with the internal interconnections & all other miscellaneous items required for satisfactory completion of job shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply installation, testing & commissioning of the following siwtch gears set having 01 Nos of 11 KV, 3-Phase, 50 HZ, 630 Amps, 350 MVA, 26.3 KA Vacuum Circuit Breakers, extensible indoor type with motorized and manual spring charging facility breaking capacity 26.3 KA for 3 Seconds, SCADA compatible, having pad lock, provision for earth switch complete with all necessary accessories and standard fittings (e.g. Relays, C.T.s, P.T.s, Power pack, spring charging motor, trip coil, ammeter, voltmeter, indication lamps etc) all as specified, required at and as directed, comprising of 01 Nos of outgoing VCB and 01 bus coupler connecting the VCBs with existing VCB at CHESS. VCB comprising the following: - Note: Rate quoted shall deemed to include 01 Nos of VCB & bus coupler.

(a) 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, 400 Amps, 13.1 KA, VCB having short circuit current withstand capacity not less than 13.1 KA for 3 Seconds, having manual and automatic charging mechanism, by DC / Universal motor suitable for 110 Volts / 230 Volts AC / DC or as per OEM's recommendations, shunt trip coil, indication lamp, on off switch padlock, provision for earth switch etc complete all as specified and directed. (b) Double Core and Double Ratio type dry type current transformers (C.Ts) of ratio 5-25/5-5 Amps, suitable for 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, having 15 VA burden or as per OEM's recommendation with 0.5 class accuracy for metering and % P10 accuracy for protection-01 Set of three. (c) Dry type 11 KV/110 Volts potential transformer (P.T.s) suitable for 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, connected to bus bar class-1 accuracy of 100 VA burden or as per OEM's recommendation complete all as specified and directed-01 Set.

(d) Electronic type solid state programmable type self powered, SCADA compatible having overload, earth fault and short circuit tripping facility with memory to record fault event with fault current and type of fault with real date and time suitable for 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ VCB and having high torque, less burden not more than 3 VA and low overshoot suitable for 5 of 1 Amps current rating and having three over current and one earth fault elements with over current range not less than 50% to 200% in steps of not less than 5% with time multiplier setting range not less than 0.1 to 1.0 in steps of not more than 0.01 (separate for over current and earth fault) suitable DC auxiliary supply and housed on horizontal draw out type case flush pattern with accessories duly connected with trip and alarm system complete all as specified and directed-01 Set. Supply, Install, testing and commissioning, factory made and Type tested, approved LT panel board outdoor type, weather, dust and vermin proof, free standing floor mounting type mounted on floor, separate cable alley for all the feeders, suitable for 440Volts, 3 Phase 4wire 50Hz AC supply system, conforming to IS, IP-54 class protection and made of 3 mm CRCA mild steel sheet & angle iron frame, compartmentalized with rubber gasket hinged doors, front & rear opening with necessary bus bar arrangement with electrolytic grade aluminium bus bar 400Amps rating for phase and neutral 4 strips with colour coded PVC sleeves, installed on epoxy insulators housed in separate bus chambers covered with heat shrinkable sleeves with necessary bus bar tapings for MCCBs, copper control wiring of required size for instruments and duly powder coated on the outside and inside including air ventilation for heat dissipation, suitable size knock out holes for cable glands, cable gland and lugs for incoming and outgoing cable etc., independent multilayer chambers to accommodate complete all as specified and directed including the following accessories :-

Supplying, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged pole in true vertical position with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paint in embedded portion and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 3" large bold letters complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L Pipe bracket for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, tubing bend to shape, 1.5m long fixed to pole wall including provn of two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 50x6 mm including of provn of bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 4 core x 10 sqmm size

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping of poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing , 40 mm bore light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for service wire of copper conductor 3 core X1.5 Sqmm for connection of light fittings . ( Used for connection of street light from Junction box)
