Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard and dense soil

Excavating in post holes in soft and loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material exe 250m but n.exe 500m and upto total distance of 1.5 km depositing where directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm,with broken stone and boulder, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) foundation fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded aggregate as in plinth courses, coping and hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutter as in door open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part-I, Sec-08, Clause 8.24(a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n exc 1 sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 125mm long Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 200mm Mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm long mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm Mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 (R) all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexogonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexogonal or square nut 5 to 10 mm dia and exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix MS work for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified & directed (Note:- MS nut bolts, round bars and flats etc shall be measured and paid seperately under relavent items as supply only)

S&F for powder coated anodised aluminium frame work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators etc. with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F for Powder coated Anodised Aluminium windows and ventilator shutters, side hung/sliding type without sash bars, (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron), aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.), etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring all as specified.

M&L for chequered cement concret tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement & pigments in floors over 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 and finished smooth and even without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. Including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

M&L for 2 coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting, including preparation of new surface all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F 4 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exceeding 0.5 Sq. M in each pane, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of untreated new wooden surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition cement concrete of any description and in anyposition not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed
