MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN ROADS AND ROAD FURNITURE AT NORTH OF RAILWAY LINE UNDER GE MISSAMARI.

Amount

Surface dressing in soft and loose soil not exc 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Scaryfying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50mm and not exc 100mm in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) using basalt or trap sone, watered,spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

M&L for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen VG-10) at 10kg per 10 sq meters of paving bitumen on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Paving Bitumen(VG 10) will be issued under Sch 'B'.

M&L for Premixed bituminous, macadam laid and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using 4% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen any penetration & rolling with exc 8 tonne & not exc 12 tonne capacity , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying bitumen mastic wearing course 25mm(as per specification) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.05 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both directions pressed into surface protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10 sq meters of paving bitumen (VG-10) on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bitumen(VG 10) will be issued under Sch 'B'.

M&L for providing bituminous premix Semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix,compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity including watering as neccesary, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. including taking down of old one, complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions including taking down of old one, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair retro reflective sign board of size 900mmX600mmX4mm thick aluminim composite panel sheet with writing letters of size 4 inch including arrows and border on both sides of board with high intensity prismatic reflecting white tape duly framed with 25mm dia stainless steel pipe and 60mm dia stainless steel pipe and 60mm dia stainless steel pipe post of height 2.60m above GL and 0.60m below GL with necessary anchoring plate of size 150X150X3mm thick(MS) fitted with 16 gauge SS round globe on post fixed in ground with PCC lock type B1 1:2:4(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 600X600X600mm incl excvation, returning filling and removal of surplus soil and make good as directed complete all as specified.(Note: Stainless steel of Grade :304)
