CLEANING OF OHT UG SUMPS SEDIMENTATION TANKS REPAIR TO CERTAIN DISTRIBUTION NETWORK INCLUDING CERTAIN SUPPLY OF WATER DISINFECTANT CHEMICALS AT ARC CHARBATIA

M&L for cleaning and degermination inside RCC/ UG/Semi underground/ Sedimentation tank/areation channel in seven stages including cleaning and sterilization through bacteriological treatment by using Terbac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10, Terbac G 65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 and Ultra violet ray for the following UG/Semi underground/Sedimentation tank/areation channel at any height (as per site requirement), including suitable staging/scaffolding. Seven stage are as under follows:- (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using high capacity pump of dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using Terbac G10//Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical / as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Third stage is scrubbing the walls and floor with mechanized scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (rotary & flat) to remove all scaling, algae and other formed particles on internal surfaces of the tank completely. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is Sterilization by using Terbac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound/ E-in-C's Branch approved chemical as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge. Test certificate of chemical from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization.

(e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner and sludge sucker having maximum 1200 W with suitable heavy duty rugged motor and free from any foreign and loose particles of any nature. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilization method by suing ultraviolet ray by heavy duty UV radiation which shall have 360 degree of sterilization with in the tank to kill all suspended bacteria (The radiation shall protable and effective for sterilization of drinking water tanks for dimination of floating and suspended bacteria). (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor, Roof and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agernt Terbac G 65/Inoxi-60/NB-69

Note:- (i) Company will submit Govt Laboratory Test Certificate of Terbac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10, Terbac G 65/Inoxi-60/NB-69. (ii) Entire T&P should be arranged by Contractor and safety of workmen is also contractor's resposibility. (iii) Date of Cleaning should be mentioned over the outer surface by synthetic enamelled paint with letter not less than 100mm height. (iv) The Contractor will not be allowed to do the work more than One day inside of each OH tank/UG Sump/Sedimentation tank/Areation channel to prevent any interruption of water supply to the users. (v) The Contractor will be responsible for any rectification of complaints occur during cleaning of tank. (vi) Contrator deemed to have visited the site/filteration unit for understanding the scope of work.(vii) The work shall be carried out by Specialized Agency as Ray clean tech or equivalent agencies as approved by GE.

Supply only Stable Bleaching powder conforming to IS specifications 1065 (Part -2)/2019 Grade 1, minimum available chlorine percentage lay by mass 34% + 1% in 25 Kg polythene HDPE bags duly marked date of manufacturing and batch No. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Lion/Vikram/Shriram (DCM) or equivalent make approved by E-in-C's Branch New Delhi. Note:- The contractor shall deliver quantity of material in intervals/periodicity, as per site requirement and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only alumina ferric (Grade-IV) suitable for purification of drinking water in the form of solid lumps/slabs from the manufacturer having valid BIS certificate as specified in table 1 of IS: 299-2012 ammendment No 01 Feb 2015. Make: As per approval of GE. Note- (i) Each block of alum supplied by the contractor should provide details of weight of slab and manufacturing date . (ii) The contractor shall submit the lab test report from any Govt approved lab of the alumina ferric supplied. (iii) The details of Name and Gde of the material suitable for water purification for drinking purpose, Name of the manufacturer, Date of the manufacture, Mass of the material in package,Batch No with date to be provided. (iv) The contractor shall deliver quantity of material in intervals/periodicity, as per site requirement and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only hydrated lime suitable for water treatment complete all as specified and directed.Make: as per approval of GE. Note: (i) The contractor shall deliver quantity of material immediately in intervals/periodicity, as per site requirement and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The Contractor shall produce test certificate from manufacturer's or reputed approved lab.

Supply only Calcium Hypo Chlorite (Chlorination Chemical) granular in factory sealed HDPE container (45 Kg each) having chlorination concentration level 65 to 70% complete all as specified and directed. Make: Declibac, brand-ALTOCH-GP/Shree Rayalaseema, Brand-Purichlor as approved by GE. Note: (i) The contractor shall deliver quantity of material in intervals/periodicity, as per site requirement and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.(ii) The contractor to take prior approval of GE for make/product with supporting documents (iii) The Contractor shall produce test certificate from manufacturer's (OEM) or reputed approved lab. (iv) The Calcium based granular disinfectant shall be brought at site in sealed container of appropiate capacity duly marked with date of manufacturing and batch No and expiry date.

Note:- All the material supplied by the contractor against item No-02 to 05 of BOQ will be taken over by department through RV duly signed by JE & Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply installation test & commision 7.5 HP 3 phase openwell horizontal submersible pumpset having minimum discharge capacity 9.17 lps, minimum head -39 Mtr, delivery 50 mm , RPM- 2880 , number of stages 1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make :- KSB ,Crompton ,kirloskar brother, M/s Shakti pumps india ltd. Note : - All required connection/accessories/items including necessary work services for commissioning is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply installation test & commision 25 HP 3 phase openwell horizontal submersible pumpset having minimum discharge capacity 23.33 lps ,minimum head - 42 mtr , Size 100 X 100 mm ,RPM approx - 2900, number of stages 1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- KSB ,Crompton ,kirloskar brother.Note : - All required connection/accessories/items including necessary work services for commissioning is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
