Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work or precast concrete article complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks strait or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of oild bound distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 250 x 7/ 450x350x7mm thicke, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match over 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compund complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness (except ceramic tiles) in floors, aprons etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M/L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick for laying floors finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M/L for pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmX30cmX25mm / 20cmX20cmX25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work main Tee & cross Tee size 25.40X25.40X1.63 mm supported at ends with 38.10X25.40X1.32 mm forming grid 600x600 mm for false ceiling, suspended with 6 mm GI wire , (upto 1200mm length), adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing gypsum board 12 mm, thick in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
