EXECUTION OF WORKOF CONSTRUCTION OF FALLEN COMPOUND WALL AT IBRAHIM ROUZA FOR THE YEAR 2023-24

Removal and shifting of debris of fallen compound wall andstaking the usable materials at appropriate place for reuse including cost of labour, transportation charges etc. complete as per the direction of the site in charge.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete (Mix1:3:6) (M10) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarseaggregates) for levelling course for all works in foundation. Thegranite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates asper relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers, well compacted,including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usagecharges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required tocomplete the work as per technical specifications.

Provision for construction of fallen portion of compound wall using Random rubblemasonry with hard stone in foundation and retaining wall using the 30% ofavailable stone and 70% of new stone in 1:6 Cement Mortar including levelling up merging to the existing wall including cost of materials, labour charges, curing, conveyance etc. complete as per the direction of the site in charge.

Providing recessed pointing on stone work with cementmortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) after raking joints to depth nicelylining, including cost of materials, labour, curing as per specifications andas per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing M.S Grill over existing compound wallas per using 10 mm MS Square rod at 100mm C/C spacing as vertical rods with arrows at top and 5mm X 50mm MS flat as horizontal member and 50X50X6 mmMS angle poles fixed in concrete for supporting at the bottom ofgrill including fabrication grinding where ever necessary all the steelsurface should be thoroughly clean free of rust and painted with anticorrosive paint etc complete as per specification and as per direction of theEngineer-in-charge, the work include cost of materials, labour charges forall item of work hire charges for welding, cutting and grinding equipmentand electricity charges as per matching existing grill etc.. complete, (Detaildesign and drawing enclosed)

Applying two coats and synthetic enamel paint to the entire compoundwall grill after cleaning, washing surfaces etc. complete complying withstandard specification and as directed by the site in charge.
