Maintaining the greenery, hygienic and aesthetic in lawn & other green belt area within complex ,Trimming the branches of trees obstructing the height up to 6 m above the driveway or obstructing the visibility of road signs , trimming or weeding out of unsolicited plants grown over terrace/walls of building within complex . Maintenance of Kitchen garden or similar seasonal flower garden including preparation of beds manuring/ fertigation, weeding hoeing, watering, planting of vegitable seeds/seasonal flowering seeds including spraying of insecticide and pesticide and Harvesting. (Note:-Only Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide & Pesticide & saplings or seeds will be provided by the Department and other T & P material and machines shall be provided by the contractor). Frequency of cleaning shall be daily and watering or other activities shall be as per requirement . Payment shall be done on monthly basis . Area to be decided by WHM
Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forke and keeping the lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing including spreading of good earth/sludge etc as per requirement, mowing using lawn mowers and trimming of Damaged trees plants and bushes in Lawns or from any other garden within CW Complex at least once in 3 weeks and as per additional requirement. Payment shall be done at end of 6 months. Frequency: Once in 6 months in the area decided by WHM

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant ) These includes new plants ,including seasonal flowering plants, shrubs, hedges etc. , shifting of plant from pots, Relocating the plants and /or Pots etc. within complex as per requirement by WHM, Cost of plant shall be paid extra. Cleaning, dusting, mopping of Window Glasses (both sides), floors, furnitures, etc. to make the area neat and clean free from cobwebs, flies etc , and hygienic in Office buildings, labour Huts, Security Cabins,weighbridge cabin and other similar amenities within complex, including Safe disposal of garbage/ Refuse or solid waste, scraps after segregating Organic /recyclable and inorganic waste to the dustbins placed at designated disposal sites (secondary collection centres near Office/ Godown (s) and any other place within CW Complex. Frequency: Daily and total carpet area cleaned shall be measured for payment shall be done at monthly basis

Cleaning of all Toilets /Washrooms / drinking water utilities and other similar amenities within CW Complex.with water including flushing as per requirement including cost of broom, brush, wipers, cloth etc (only Toilet cleaning chemical shall be provided by WHM ) Frequency: Twice daily and payment shall be done based on no of washrooms blocks (comprising urinals, WC, Wash basins, faucet, wall tiles, floor tiles etc complete )cleaned
Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of WHM . (The old date written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account). Frequency: Once in 6 months. Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis.
Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of WHM. Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis
Cleaning of chocked / existing drain of campus / sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having adequate suction capacity or by deploying manual labour and adequate water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervisor etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm.frequency or by deploying manual labour to make drainage system choke and water logging free complete work as per direction of WHM . Frequency : once a year or as per requirement and quantity to be decided by WHM. Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis.
Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of WHM. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of WHM. Frequency: once in 6 months, surface area of the tank shall be measured for payment. Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis.
Clearing of blockages in Rain Water Harvesting systems pit of plan area upto including cleaning of Rain water pit, replacing the aggregates, removal of blockages, sludges etc to restore the water flow. Cost of replaced aggregates shall be paid extra. Frequency: Twice a year. Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis.
