Supply , Installation , commissioning and testing of LT panel board CPRI type tested and as conforming to IS/ IEC 61439 1&2 , rated fault of 65KA for 1 sec with internal arc containment of suitable size and shape, indoor cubical type (415 Volts ,50 Hz , 3 phase, 4 wire supply ) floor block mounted , factory made , dust and vermin proof ( protection class IP-43) made out of 50mm X 50mm X6mm angle iron frame and 2.0 mm thick MS CRCA sheet with front & rear double door hinged opening , rubber lining , locking arrangement, powder coated paint of approved shade simens grey ( RAL -7032) on all steel surfaces. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm duly coated with zinc metal coating , a detachable predrilled gland plate at the bottom complete all as specified and directed including PCC foundation as per manufaturer instructions complete comprising of following: (a) 03 Nos aluminium bus bar 630 Amps capacity for phase , 01 No aluminium bus bar 630 Amps capacity for neutral duly supported on suitable size of epoxy insulators fixed in dust and vermin proof MS enclosure having adequate clearance between conductors and earth for easy maintenance . These should have colour coding for RYB and neutral to enable immediate identification . All the incoming connections to MCCBs shall be made with suitable size tinned aluminium bus bar of rating 630 Amps.

Supply & fixing straight through joint heat shrinkable of size 70 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3.5 core LT cable 1100 volts complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing straight through joint heat shrinkable of size 240 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm 3.5 core LT cable 1100 volts complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for laying of pipe/ cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing sand cushioning with dry fine sand including filling, spreading, levelling in layers in cable trench with approved quality of sand for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying burnt clay bricks, sub class 'B', designation 75, old size laid in trenches over cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old U/S LT UG cable of any size between 120-400 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq. mm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18 here-in-before but size of 120 Sqmm 4 core

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 25 x 4mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.
