Installation of process equipments and SS 304L Piping works at WPF, NRB, BARC Tarapur

Taking delivery of around 13 nos. of deferent size process equipment and its support from stores, transportation, handling and installation as per the approved lay out drawings of the equipment on Embedded MS EP on cell floor or by anchor fastening to cell floor as per the specification and layout. Anchor fasteners of required size and make to be supplied by contractor. All machineries, tools and tackles required for the installation of equipment are in the scope of contractor.

Preparation and supply of a)GA, b)Isometric and c)As-built drawings based on the layout drawings, Site conditions and instructions of EIC. d)supply of 2 sets of hard copy of As-built drawings after approval e)Supply of soft copies of drawings prepared in AutoCAD format.

Taking delivery of a)SS-304L pipes and piping components/ fittings as per Schedule-B from Department stores (b)Handling, transportation, storage, cleaning, pickling, passivation and detergent washing of all piping elements (c)Bending of 40 mm NB and below size pipes up to a bend radius of 5D using hydraulic pipe bending machine (d)Laying of SS-304L piping along with (e)installation of valves, Rota meters, identification tags and other components and fittings inside AVS Annex building to the required elevation/ level by using suitable scaffolding wherever required and following standard safety practices (f)Hydrostatic/pneumatic testing of installed piping along with fittings as per technical specification and instructions of EIC.

Radiographic Quality GTA welding of Butt/ Fillet/ Socket joints of SS 304L pipe and fittings ranging from 15mm NB to 100mmNB size using ER308L filler wire with Argon shielding and back purging, supply of all welding consumables other then that indicated in schedule B. LP examination of root and final pass of each weld joint including bend DPT and weld passivation.

Fabrication and supply of a)SS-304L identification tags of size 100mm (Length) x 25mm (Width) x 1 mm (Thick). b)Line number/ fitting designation given by the department should be engraved with 5mm Text height and highlighted with black paint. c)Each line number shall be placed at a minimum of 3 locations or as per the instruction given by the EIC.

Arrangement of all Radiography equipment's, tools and setting up of darkroom at the space provided at site, Supply of all consumables like films, chemicals etc. and to carryout radiography of Butt joints as identified by the EIC and development of the radiographs and its submission to department as per ANSI B 31.3 RT inspection procedure. Re-shoots and 3% audit radiography joints will not be counted for measurement.rate will be on per exposure

Taking delivery of SS structural material as indicated in Schedule B from dept. stores, cleaning and fabrication of piping supports using GTAW welding process & Erection of supports at various elevations by using suitable scaffolding wherever required.
