Day to Day maintenance and petty repairs of buildings (complaints pertaining to joinery works) by attending daily complaints lodged by the users through IVRS/ mobile/ SMS or email and manual registration of complaints at B&R sub division/ complaint cell on all working days (except sunday national holidays and closed holidays) by deploying one carpenter all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Day to Day maintenance and petty repairs of buildings (complaints pertaining to water supply works only) by attending daily complaints lodged by the users through IVRS/ mobile/ SMS or email and manual registration of complaints at B&R-II sub division/ complaint cell on all working days (except sunday national holidays and closed holidays) by deploying one plumber all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note for item No 116 & 117 (i) Each job shall consists of 3 complaints and shall be completed within 24 hours. (ii) If the tradesman not attended complaint within time frame as directed by the Engr-In-Charge 50% of the rate shall be deducted from his payment. (iii) The contractor shall be responsible to maintain records for daily job completed by the traedsman deputed by him in the work and obtain the signature from I/C complant Cell or Engr-in-Charge.
