Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls ( any thickness) incluidng attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, sunken floors etc upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering shuttering and finishing :- (i) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand ( zone -III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources )

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar C:M 1:4 on external wall surfaces in two layers, finished even and smooth.

S&F hard drawn mild steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and size of aperture as per site requirement weight not exc 4.00 kg per sqm including necessary welding and dismantling old wire fabric complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing steel E165 (Fe 290) confirming to IS 2062 -2006 work in gratings, frames, guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets, purlings, gates and similar works welded in built up sections / frames work, incluidng cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel as required

S&F Plain, black, mild steel sheeting 0.80MM thick , in ridges,hips, valley gutters,drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed)as specified and directed by Engr - In Charge

Painting on new steel surface ( two or more coats ) incluidng a coat of approved steel primer ( red oxide primer) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade

M&L for plates Plain or chequered channels , suare cut or notched forming holes with out any attachement all as grade Fe -291 (Gde E 165) all as specified and directed by Engr In- Charge

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 5KM metres as per direction of Engr -in- Charge

Distempring Two or more coats on new work over a coat wall primer with Ist quality acrylic distemper , having VOC ( Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / litre of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour incluidngapplying 1mm thick wall care putty complete as per manufacturer's specification
