Disconnecting LT cable of any size from structure/pole/transformer for finding fault and Material and labour for defect rectification of LT cable laid in trenches or any location by locating fault with the help of electronic fault machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc. The entire repair work to be completed with in 6 hours of instruction from Engr-in-charge as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 6 hours after notification, failing to which Rs 500/- per day per complaint will be recovered. Fault locating with electronic fault locator, excavation and earth work, disconnecting and reconnecting both end of cable, relaying of sand and protective cable covers all is deemed to be included in the quoted rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. joint kit will be measured and paid separately in appropriate item in this schedule.

Supply and fix outdoor distribution panel box CPRI approved , of overall size 750 mm (L) x 400 mm (B) x 1500 mm (H) made with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with hinged front & rear doors for each cabinet powder coated ( post office red shade ) and bottom painted with black paint over and including anti-rust treatment to CRCA sheet. Top cabinet with incoming 3ph & N aluminium busbar of size 40x10mm chamber, middle cabinet for and including MCCB 3 pole 125 amps - 1 No. 3ph & N distribution aluminium busbar of of size 30x6mm and side cabinet for incoming cable tray. 2 Nos earth terminal, door lock for front and rear door with additional external locing arrangement. Door handle for each front & rear door. Mounting stand made with ISA 40x6mm and 500mm long leg, duly painted with one coat of black bituminous paint. LT Danger notice board at front and rear. One MCCB of 25 KA, 125 amps, 3 pole between incoming and outgoing busbar as mentioned above and 2 Set of aluminium busbar as mentioned above. NOTE :- (i) The FPB shall be errected after dismantling taking out old unserviceable one. (ii) Disconnection of all cables from old FPB and reconnection of all cables to new FPB shall be done and rate shall be inclusive of the quoted rate. (iii) Panel shall be CPRI approved.

One MCCB of 25 KA, 250 amps, 3 pole between incoming and outgoing busbar as mentioned above and 2 Set of aluminium busbar as mentioned above . NOTE :- (i) The FPB shall be errected after dismantling taking out old unserviceable one. (ii) Disconnection of all cables from old FPB and reconnection of all cables to new FPB shall be done and rate shall be inclusive of the quoted rate. (iii) Panel shall be CPRI approved.

Material and labour for cleaning of MES Electric supply installations/campus at Sarvatra Vihar Sub Stn by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small unequalites n.exc 15cm deep (including removing vegetation/shrubs/brush wood/under-growth) and rubbish off the premises. Installations be cleaned at an interval of every 30 days. Total period of 11 months i.e. complete contract period will be accounted and paid as one job.
