Replacement of 12 Nos. Type II quarters at Hisar Junction in lieu existing abandoned quarter under ADEN/SSA.

Financial Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. Note :- (i) For Joint Venture (JV): The tenderer shall submit credentials as mentioned in Clause 17 of GCC April 2022 (Ammended upto date). (ii) In case, date of tender inviting is on or after date of statutory deadline for audit of balance sheet of previous Financial Year (i.e. 30th Sept. or as further extended for this FY), audited balance sheet of 4th previous year shall not be considered unless concerned CA certifies that balance sheet is not audited yet as on date of invitation of this tender.

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (a) Three similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (b) Two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (c) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Note :- For Joint Venture (JV): The tenderer shall submit credentials as mentioned in Clause 17 of GCC April 2022 (Ammended upto date).

Defination of Similar Work :- Construction of buildings/quarters work. Note :- Zone works for repair maintenance of service building / residential quarter will not be considered similar work as "Construction of building / quarters work."

Note ( Civil) :- 1. The quantities and cost mentioned above are rough and only for guidance and may vary according to needs of the railways and variation there of may extent will not be the basis of any claims against the Railway. 2 The work shall be carried out as per Central Public Works Department Spcification Volume- I & II 2023 (Amended up to date) and IRUSSOR-2021 (Amended up to date). 3. The rates should be inclusive of all charges such as tools and plants and all cost of labour & material, taxes etc. Extra payment what so ever on any account will not be payable to the contractor. 4 The contract shall be governed under General Condition of contract and instructions to tenderer-2022 (Amended up to date). 5. All tools & plants and mechanical equipments required for execution of work shall be arranged by the contractor. 6. Contractor/ suppliers/ service providers/ parties shall register their firms under EPFO & GSTIN (GST Identification Number). 7. All safety arrangements as required to be made by the contractor's at his own cost during execution of work to avoid any mishappening. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account and no claim liable on the Railway. Note ( Electrical) :- 1. Rates are inclusive of GST as applicable and all other taxes & applicable expenses. 2. The work should be carried out as per I.E. Rules and regulation and code of practice. 3. All materials such as wires, switches, CI/GI pipes, etc should be ISI marked. Materials other than ISI marked should be as per technical specification and confirming to IS specification. 4. The tender offer submitted should be complete with financial status, previous experience, and other Documents. 5. Contractor/s is/are bound to execute formal agreement on the documents available in this office.
