M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling in pressed steel door frames complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick/stone walls Not exc. half brick in cement mortar or cement lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required

S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M S Square tube,supplying and fixing in opening as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails .M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail ,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail ; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/scaled to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement and fixing in the frame as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick plain factory made framed panelled shutters (any type of panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (Part-I0 Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified.

S & F, 35mm thick, 2nd class hardwood glazed & skelton shutters, open rebated & prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.20 (a).
