Dismantling Floor hearth or Wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises (Outside MD land) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in Sunken Floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc Complete and removing the rubbish off out side MOD land Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Screeding / rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of bottom and sides Sunken floors in Cement Mortar 1:3 mixed with 3% Integral Water proofing Compound finished even and fair using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: Integral Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately).

Material and labour for Preparation of surfaces by removing dust, dirt and applying Oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20Kg/sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0Kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/sqcm and 350N/sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2Kg/sqm all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Lean Concrete to Sunken floor filling all as specified and directed.

Supply Only Integeral Water proofing Compound all as specified.

Material and labour for coloured Non Skid Ceramic tiles, size of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, 7mm thick in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match the shade of floor tiles over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes over and including 30mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles, size 600 x 600mm, 10mm thick area of each riles not exc 0.36 Sqm but not encluding 0.42 Sqm and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match the shade of floor tiles over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Coloured Glazed Ceramic tiles of Size 300 x 200 x 6 mm/450x300x 7 mm thick on Vertical surfaces such as Skirting/ dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles Over 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pedastal pattern white pattern (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat, white cover, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Water closet seat cover any colour, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Vitreous china, Squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern size 580 x 440 mm White with Integral foot rests and ‘P’ (or) ‘S’ Trap complete including connection to trap and flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe including filling up with required concrete in sunken floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Vitreous china WHB white of size 550x400mm including CP waste coupling, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe incl 15mm bore pillar cock, brackets and PVC connection etc. including 8mm dia GI rack bolt at rear side of WHB and making good to disturbed portion in Cement Mortar 1:6 with necessary grouting and finished to match the existing surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern of 10 ltrs capacity with inlet, ball valve, float, flush pipe and handle including brackets etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
