Dismantaling and Demolishing work of existing buildings manually/ by mechanical means and Disposal of building
rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading,
transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge for all leads
including all lifts involved.
Before starting the demolition or construction activity at site, the Contractor shall erect hard barricading (trapezoidal
profiled Zincalume/ Galvalume sheeting with necessary structural steel erection) or as per norms of the concerned
governing body of the Government, whichever is higher, hard barricading all around the plot leaving one entrance and
exit with gates. Barricading item shall not be paid separately.
During execution, if any sheets gets damaged, shall be replaced immediately with the new sheets till completion of the
work and handed over. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all associated civil works like earthwork, concrete work,
RCC work, formwork, reinforcement etc. The barricading must be designed to withstand the maximum windspeed at the
area. The design should be got proof checked by NIT/IIT and report to be submitted by the contractor. Nothing extra
shall be paid for this purpose
The bidder shall quote his net price after adjustment of value of serviceable materials of the buildings and the cost of
disposal of unserviceable material on dumping yard approved by local authorities and as per the norms/ rules and
regulations of National Green Tribunal (NGT)
Obtaining permission from local body for disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or
waste materials to approved municipal dumping ground is included in this cost.

Supply, Fabricate, Package of Flat Lock cladding System in ZINC-Titanium alloy
The Zinc Titanium Wall Cladding system comprises flat-lock panels manufactured from premium Titanium-Zinc alloy
(rolled zinc alloyed with copper and titanium) conforming to EN 988, with 0.8 mm panel thickness. Panels are a
maximum of 390 mm wide × up to 2,000 mm long; typical lengths expected between 1,000–2,000 mm to guide bids.
They are fixed to galvanized aluminum substructure (25 × 50 mm box sections at 600 mm centers) using 0.4 mm HDG
clips designed to resist 50 daN pull-out, suitable for Mumbai coastal wind conditions. The alloy features a pre-weathered
zinc phosphate (hopeite) layer, overlaid with a 15 µm primer, 20 µm polyurethane resin, and 12 µm back-varnish, yielding
a bright grey finish akin to natural zinc patina.
A grey 0.6 mm HDPE anti-abrasive membrane, placed with 8.6 mm air gap at 19.5 mm spacing, provides 250 kN/m²
compression resistance and DIN 4102 B2 fire rating. Beneath this, a 0.47 mm TCT high-tensile steel decking sheet with
3.5 mm ribs at 50.5 mm pitch is installed onto a GI hat section. Flashings—corners, tops, bottoms—are formed from
0.8 mm VMZINC, matching the façade finish. All materials must be sourced from VMZINC, Silesia, Fedrus, RHEINZINK
or ELZINC high-quality options such as RHEINZINK or ELZINC, provided full EN 988 certification and execution

V) STRUCTURAL GLAZING
Design, fabricate, test, protect, install and fix a semi-unitized structural glazing façade system—comprising linear and
curvilinear modules at all heights—in compliance with IS 875 Part III, including shop drawings for specified loads and
proof testing at 1.5× design wind pressure. The system shall include high-performance framing to accommodate various
glass thicknesses, EPDM and silicone gaskets, stainless-steel toggles, clamps, sealants, flashings, fire/smoke barriers,
drainage, and pressure-equalisation features. Serrated MS hot-dip galvanized or 6005-T5 aluminium brackets shall
permit 3D accommodation and ensure verticality, affixed to the structural subframe via 316-grade stainless steel anchors
with nylon separators. In a controlled factory environment, all glazing shall be sealed with two-part structural silicone and
compatible weather sealant, plus spacer tape, setting blocks, and backer rods per approved design. Perimeter flashings
of 1 mm aluminium will seal interfaces, while gutters, weep holes, and pressure-equalisation will manage moisture

The façade’s vision panels will be factory-assembled as 6 mm – 12 mm spacer – 6 mm pane Insulated Glass Units

tinted ("cool series"), or low-E—will be cut precisely to size, edged, washed, and dried in controlled conditions (<24 °C,
<62% RH). Aluminium spacer bars (12 mm) are pre-cut or bent to shape, filled with desiccant (silica or zeolite), sealed
with primary butyl, and assembled between two 6 mm glass lites using an automatic pressing machine. The spacer joins
via either corner keys or single-piece bends to minimize thermal bridging. After pressing, the cavity may be evacuated
and backfilled with argon for enhanced thermal performance. A secondary seal, typically polysulphide or structural
silicone, is applied around the perimeter before transferring to curing racks. The finished IGU undergoes inspection for

A galvanized hard drawn steel wire mesh (75x25 mm) shall be fixed over
the inlet, painted with one coat of primer. The bore shall be lined with 150
mm dia UPVC medium well casing pipe conforming to IS:12818, including
fittings. The filter media shall be laid in the recharge pit in layers consisting
of coarse sand (1.5–2 mm), pea gravel (4.6–4.8 mm), and stone boulders
(5–20 cm) in appropriate thicknesses. The assembly shall include two
600x450 mm (internal dimensions) heavy-duty SFRC manhole covers with
frame conforming to IS:12592. A 200 mm dia SW pipe of Grade A shall be
provided for overflow/discharge, with stiff cement mortar joints in 1:1
(cement:fine sand) mix, tested for leak-proof performance. The entire
system shall be executed as per technical drawings, specifications, and
direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects

starting from the invert level of the drain inlet pipe, including earthwork in
excavation in all types of soil, backfilling with available excavated earth in
layers with proper compaction, and disposal of surplus earth inside or
outside the WRPC plot as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The base
of the chamber shall consist of 200 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete
(PCC) of mix 1:4:8 using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregate.
Chamber walls shall be constructed with standard bricks in cement mortar
1:4 (1 part cement : 4 parts coarse sand). The inner faces shall be
finished with 12 mm thick internal plaster in cement mortar 1:4. PVC-
coated MS safety foot rests of 12 mm dia shall be rigidly grouted at 300
mm c/c vertically, using cement concrete blocks of size 300 mm x 150 mm
x 150 mm in 1:2:4 mix. A 200 mm diameter Stoneware (SW) pipe of
Grade ‘A’ shall be provided for drain inlet/outlet connection, joined using
stiff cement mortar in 1:1 proportion (1 part cement : 1 part fine sand), and
tested for leak-proofness.
The bottom of the chamber shall be layered with coarse sand of size 1.5
mm to 2 mm, properly filled, spread, and leveled. The top of the chamber
shall be covered with a cast-in-situ RCC slab of M-25 grade concrete
(design mix), including centering and shuttering. Access shall be provided
by fixing two numbers of 600 mm x 450 mm internal clear size heavy-duty
SFRC manhole covers with frames conforming to IS:12592. The entire
work shall be carried out in accordance with relevant IS specifications,
approved drawings, and to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-

the invert level to ensure smooth flow of effluent without stagnation,
trimming and aligning pipes for a watertight connection using stiff cement
mortar, and curing. The entire job shall be carried out ensuring proper
slope, alignment, watertight joints, removal of debris, and restoration of
surrounding surfaces to their original condition. Work shall be completed
as per standard engineering practice, relevant IS codes, and to the
satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
