Providing & applying ployester resin anchor grouting chemical MYK or approved equivalent in pot holes of any depth at concrete surface i/c proper cleaning with removing damaged loose concrete portion all complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Laying of ready mix instant,covineant & durable cold bituminous pot hole repair compound of approved make as per the satisfaction of Engineer-In -Charge.

Supplying of water based Road/Runway Marking paint in all required shades of make Berger/Nerolac /Asian/or approved equivalent in not more than 20 liter packings as per Instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking/Masking old paint using Cold Airless Spray Machine with minimum two spray guns, with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with water based road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge,i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. Old work (One or more coat) Note-Road/Runway Marking paint shall be provided by AAI.Agency shall quote rate accordingly.

Cleaning of existing expansion joints and providing & filling with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212, Part-I, 1990) of STP Ltd./ Dr. Fixit or approved equivalent including painting the sides of slab with approved primer and filling the groove 25mm width x 15mm deep including inserting the backer rod of Supreme or equivalent of appropriate dia of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning of existing Dummy/Expansion joints and providing & filling with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212, Part-I, 1990) of STP Ltd./ Dr. Fixit or approved equivalent including painting the sides of slab with approved primer and filling the groove 10mm/12 mm width x 15mm deep including inserting the backer rod of Supreme or equivalent of appropriate dia of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying of packed Elastomeric concrete compound (Flex - O - Patch of Choksey chemicals/ Delpatch of D.S Brown or equivalent) at site. The one pack of 10 kg Elastomeric concrete shall consist of 3 kg hardner 1.5 Kg base & 5.5 Kg of sand & fibre powder.

Supplying of primer (Flex - O - Patch Spcial Primer of Choksey Chemicals/ 105 of D.S Brown or equivalent ) for Elastomeric concrete compound at site.

Repairing of damaged portion of rigid pavement with Elastomeric concrete compound(Flex - O - Patch of Choksey chemicals/ Delpatch of D.S Brown or equivalent) after marking, cutting, chipping the pavement up to required size by using mechanical chippers, side locking on the vertical face, cleaning the prepared area by sand blasting with medium grit sand, masking and pouring the compound, finishing & texturing complete as per manufacturer specifications and the direction of Engineer-In-chage with required machines & tools. Note: The rate quoted shall be exclusive of cost of material.

Repair of cracks in concrete by preparing the necessary V-joint of any depth , priming the surface, filling with necessary PU Sealent compound of STP Ltd. or approved Equivalent all complete as per the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. 25-30 mm wide
