Earth work excavating and deposting on bank with initial lead of 10m& intial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth shales ,murram, gravel, stoney earth mixed with small size boulders etc completed as per std specification.

Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One part of cement, four part of sand and eight part of aggregates) using 40mm guage hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification

Steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1m height for plain surface such as RCC slab with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of size 90cmx60cmx10 gauge stiffened with welded miled steel angles of size 25x25x6mm for laid over silver oak for coundary wood joints of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurials props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at about 75cm centre to centre and suppor etc completed as per std specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part M. sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications.(Using Vibrator) TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one part of cement and five part of sand) using II Class Bricks of size 9''X43/8''X2 3/4''from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete.

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch Ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Special ceiling Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three M.sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications-10 m2.

Flooring with cuddappah slab of 50 mm thick including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for laying, pointing and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications Rate for 10 Sqm

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M.sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers Complete as per standard specification.

Painting the new iron work in all floor two coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and brand over one coat of primer including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of breshes and neat finishing complying with stadard specifications
