M&L for Pre-polished rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block(50% red and 50% grey colour for making patterns) of any approved shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness,M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on any faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coat of cement base paint over newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm stone graded aggregate as in sub base of floor, foundations filling & mass complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS hollow rectangular/square/circular tubes/pipes of YST 310 Grade as in frame work for Framed work as in doors or gates/ roofs/ rafters/ purlins/ chajjas/ trusses/ columns/ struts etc and like similar items etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheet 3mm thickness of approved colour/shade fixed to frame work at height of 5 to 7 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing steel and iron surfaces of any description including purlins/ rafters/ trusses/ columns/ struts etc and the like works n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite (Jet Black colour/shade-South Indian) of any type machine cut as in flooring shelves/steps/counter tops/gate pillars etc, 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed bed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab or with suitable adhesive for fixing on unpolished kota stone slabs and including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing and bull nose on exposed sides complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves/gate pillars.

M&L for removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching for manholes, bands , coping , bed plate etc with slightly chamfered or rounded angles including necessary form work, if any, and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 70mm thick SFRC Factory made drain covers with perforations and with MS frame of flat iron minimum 1.25mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
