Providing and fixing acoustic insulation treatment to the dry wall in premises using high performance acoustic insulation sheets of 4 mm high density mass loaded sound barrier sheet ,along with other accessories and fixtures etc., all complete as per the manufacturer's specification, the laying of the acoustic treatment shall be done by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of acoustic sheets: Area thickness tolerance of less than 10% and length and width tolerances of less than 5%. It boasts a nominal mass over 7.2 Kg/m² and a density greater than 1800 Kg/m³. It meets Euroclass B s1 d0 fire standards and provides significant sound and insulation improvements. Environmentally, it contains 15% recycled raw material, with 60% post-consumer content, and emits 50 µg/m³ VOCs, . Front Elevation, one side only no wastage to be added (No overlaps to be provided).

Providing and Fixing of fluted wooden panels of 150mm wide, 25mm thick, 2700 mm Length Acoustic Real Solid flutted vineer finish of approved colour and shade thermo-treated wooden panels, with tongue and groove joints, fixed with aluminium Z bar, over 50mm X 25mm anodised aluminium framework, with Polywool infill and acoustic fleece, complete in all respects, as per Architect/Engineer in Charge.
Acoustic Fabric Wall Panelling - Providing and Installation of Acoustic panelling of approved colour choice, in differnt panel size, hardened square/Radius/Bevel edge with wrapped glass fibre core panel, density 96 kg/m3 of size as per drawing (thickness 25mm), installed by using compitable GI strut& Z bars.The GI strut systems includes compitable Cross channel having thickness 0.45mm, knurled web40, depth 10mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positioned vertically in a regular manner at 600mm c/c. GI Z bars having 40mm height, thickness 1.2mm is first fixed behined the panels by identifying resin spots by using suitable fasteners. Clean exposed surfaces of wall ensure wall are in plumb line before installing cross channel on wall. Provide necessary packing shims (if required). The square edge panels are then slided into the Z bars fixed on wall with approved decorative acoustical fabric colour as per Detailed Technical Specifications, drawing and as instructed by Engineer in Charge.
Providing and fixing false ceiling in Conference room - Providing and fixing perforated Linear Aluminium False Ceiling of 0.7mm thick in Wood Grain Finish alongwith mineral wool pad. The size of panel is 300mm x 2400mm with bevel edged. Panel is to be perforated (1.5mm diameter to 1.8mm diameter) i.e between 21 % to 23% (open area) having acoustic fleece at the back or acoustic tissue glues over the whole perforated area and laying of 25mm thick mineral wool pad (wrapped ) with a density 16 kg/m3 over false ceiling panel. Panels is to be double baked and roll including finishing coat minimum 20 micron or Powder coated, minimum 60 micron. Aluminium panel shall be chromatized for maximum bond between metal and paint enamel twice under high tempeture. Panel shall be clipped to a baked enamelled aluminium carrier of 41.5 mm wide x 62 mm deep x 0.95 mm thick or hooked on to a secondary grid aluminium carrier installed at shorter side of the panel. A primary grid of perforated L- Angle in 30x30x1.2mm thick galvanized steel is installed perpendicularly to hook on profiles at maximum centers at 1200mm. Panel carrier /entire ceiling shall be suspended with M6 threaded rod using M6 fastener. The suspension system shall be as per manufacturer specification. Providing and Fixing false ceiling in Exihibition Area - Linear Al 0.7mm thick Perforated Baffle Ceiling with acoustic fleece: Vertical baffle system, exhibiting space-delineating characteristics as well as acoustic feature as 20 % perforation with approved colour and shade. The system comprises baffles 25mm wide & 100mm Deep with acoustic fleece (black colour) @75mm c/c above false ceiling , installed at 75mm clear gap between the baffle panels. The carrier rails run perpendicular to the baffles. Individual baffle lengths between 300 and 2400 mm as per instruction of Architect. Baffle ceiling are supplied with the end cap matching the similar finish of baffle. Tolerances according to TAIM, DIN EN 13964 and quality controlled to ISO 9001:2008 approved by TUV. Substructure for Vertical baffle system consisting of U shaped galvanized slotted carriers 1.5mm Thick installed perpendicularly to baffles at maximum 1200mm centres using cross connectors. The primary profiles must be connected to one another with longitudinal splice connectors. The entire ceiling module shall be suspended with 6mm diameter galvanized steel threaded rods from the true ceiling with officially approved anchor fasteners maximum at 1200mm Centres as per the requirements of DIN EN 13964 and the statics of the system. False ceiling in Conference room and Entrance Lobby - Providing and fixing in position suspended seamless false ceiling system using 12 mm thick calcium silicate boards 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC placed in a suspended grid of size of 600x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections wherein the ceiling sections of 0.55 mm thick shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wires/ 1 mm thick strip hangers made of G.I sheet sections with necessary level adjusters and inter channels of 0.90mm thick with connecting clips and resting on the perifery walls on wall angles of 0.55 mm thickness including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge The main tees to be suspended from the ceiling/ soffit with the help of metal dash fastners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35mmx1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips/ G.I strip Hangers at 600mm centers .The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 25 kg/Sq.m, complete as per drawing, specification and Engineer in Charge instructions. (Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured for the purpose of payment)

Providing and fixing, lay in False Ceiling 600 x 600mm unperforated corrosion resistant aluminium magnesium alloy metal panel fixed in 24 mm 'T' Frame work of Module 600 x 600 mm. Panels shall be metal panel of size 575 mm x 575 mm of approved colour in 0.70 mm thick Aluminium Alloy 3105 with square edges Tiles to be stove enamelled on a continuous application for pre-treatment. The coils to be go through 4 stages of pre treatment Three times of oven baked through conversion coating , priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion, high corrosion resistance and good colour stability.The coils to be painted on both sides after degreasing. Inside surface to have a primer of 5 microns and a coat of natural colour of 5 microns, exposed surface to have a primer of 5 microns, binder of 5 microns and a topcoat of approved colour 15 microns. Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of tees. The 24 mm main tee runers shall be suspended at an interval of 1200 mm centre to centre. The 24 mm cross tee runner shall be suspended at an interval of 600 mm centre to centre and further supported with 24 mm cross tee with inter locking arrangements to form a Grid of 600 mm x 600 mm. The main tee shall be supported by means of 4 mm G.I.rod from slab / roof. The suspension shall be provided at 1200 to 1500 mm centre to centre.provision for lights, diffusers etc to be made including extra supports wherever necessary. Measurements shall be as per actual area of false ceiling with out deductions for lights and diffusers.
Providing and fixing 6 mm thick e-board in panelling, masking, fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P Brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note : This item will be used in false ceiling of room.
Providing and fixing of SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) - Plank flooring with acoustic properties with click-lock installation system, of size 7" x 48" mm and thickness ranging from 5 mm to 5.5 mm, approved colour, shade, texture, as per drawing, manufacturer’s specifications, removing of existing PVC flooring, surface preparation, levelling with SLC and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : 1. Sample should be submitted before execution for approval and only approved sample material will be used in flooring. 2. Any undulation in flooring should be level with Polymer modified cemetious self levelling compounds (SLC) and cost of SLC included in the rate, no extra payment. 3. Cost of removing PVC flooring shall also be considered in the rate for this item and no separate payment for the same shall be made.
Providing and laying self-leveling 4 mm thick acid resistant epoxy flooring including cleaning, surface preparation, primer coat, screeding, levelling etc. as per specification and as per instruction of Engineer in Charge. Note : (1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC or Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of not less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the technician will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per month as per requirement at site for the period mentioned in NIT. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job. (5) The Technician should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CED, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Technician will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of technician is 1 (One) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of Rs. 1250/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.

Supply air diffuser/Grille alongwith volume control dampers: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of supply air diffuser/grilles in Aluminium construction alongwith volume control dampers finished with suitable colour.
