Determination of soil by performing standard penetration test as per IS 2131 by boring 4’’ dia bore hole 5 meter 02 Nos as directed by Engineer in charge or refusal alongwith SPT at suitable interval, Collection of soil sample (disturbed) their complete lab analysis as per relevant IS code required for the copulation of the bearing capacity such as :- (a) Field Investigation (b) Undisturbed Soil sample as per IS 2720 Part-I 1983 (i) Sieve analysis test (ii) Atterburg’s limit test (iii) Natural moisture content (iv) Particle size analysis test (v) Wet density test (vi) Dry density test (vii) Specific gravity test (viii) Triaxial compression test and determination of shear parameter(C&S) (ix) Consolidation test (x) Liquid and plastic limit test (xi) CBR & K value test for pavement. (c) Disturbed Soil Samples (i) Sieve analysis test (ii) Atterburg’s limit test (d) Standard Penetration Test. (e) Laboratory Work (f) Calculation Details of Bearing Capacity (g) Soil Classification And General Nature of Soil Strata (h) Water Table (j) Interpretation of Test Results (k) Type of Pavement and Cross Section (l) Conclusion and Recommendation’s . Recommendation in respect of depth, type of foundation and SBC for building and type of cross section of pavement etc.Note:- Site photographs of soil investigation in progress indicating bore holes numbers on placed.
