Excavation in post holes each n. exc 0.50 cum getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtr and making good surface all as specified`and directed by Engineer in Charge..

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F angle iron posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops of shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron, fillets and round bars with hooks at ends (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only angle iron posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops of shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron, fillets and round bars with hooks at ends (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in post holes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Supply of chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid seperately.

S & F flat iron strip for supporting chain link fencing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F mild steel work 10mm dia and over round bars as in fencing cut to length, bent to shape etc Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A Fe-290 (Gde E-165) or complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing 5-10mm diameter of shank mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagona or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair galvanised,2 strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Each line of wire shall be measured and paid for separately

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type C0 1:3:6 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers and jallies including in between pillars, 40mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 (mea sured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, 40mm thick (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor / sub floor concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for glass dividing strip 3mm thick 38mm width in repair inserted in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for sand filling under floor 25mm thick with river washed and screened dry fine sand including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 80mm thick precast interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and pigment, machine pressed and of any shape hexagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc as directed having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg/ Sqcm M-40 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 and laid over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 60mm thick precast interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and pigment, machine pressed and of any shape hexagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc as directed having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm M-35 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 and laid over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 60mm thick precast interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed and of any shape hexagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc as directed having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm M-35 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 and laid over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling terrazzo / interlocking tiles in floor/skirting / dado hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only (except tiles) Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade laid in dry as in floor/berms/path etc complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note : Serviceable obtained from dismantling paver block shall be reused.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block in kerb stone PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with plain fair faces, smooth finish, including chamfering, weathering, throating etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work and excavtion and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed and temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Preparation of new concrete / bricks surfaces of any description over10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved or plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 30 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm thick on vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster /wall tiles from brick walls /concrete surfaces of any description including , racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and its removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rough cast over rendering of 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces as in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : The rough cast mixture shall consist of crushed stone / fine gravel aggregate, coarse & cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over the rendering coat.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L preparation of newly rough cast plastered surfaces of walls etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc. and applying two coats of colour wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 9894.20 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No. 20 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
