REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF STORAGE TYPE WATER HEATERS, EXHAUST FANS AND ALLIED WORKS AT 509 SU, AF STATION LAITKOR PEAK UNDER GE (I) (AF) SHILLONG

Taking down carefully old unsv point wiring complete incl fittings such as switches, conduit,wires,celling roses, light fittings etc and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Concealed type point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cress-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded copper FRLS cable working voltage 1100 volts grade conorming to IS-694 with stranded copper conductor including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness ont less than 1.5 sqmm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specifiecation) including1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switches/DB's or common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch.

All as per items No- 02 here in before but point wiring with 2.5 sqmm multistranded conductor for 15 Amp point on independent board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure for 8 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door, single pole & neutral with din rail, IP-20 protection suitable for fixing MCB"S/lsolators complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, Single pole & neutral,6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, ‘C’ curve, 10KA all complete as specified and as directed

M&L in repair for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI wire of size 4 sqmm as earthing leads by means of bolt, nut, check nuts and washers galvanised iron or steel all as shown in elctrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point or as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover having suitable handle, 25 mm bore GI Medium grade watering pipe with funel and wire mesh, 15 mm dia GI Light grade Protection pipe complete.

M&L for taking down of U/s defective exhaust fan of sweep 150 - 400 mm with blade etc from wall by unscrewing the nut bolts ,opening the split pin and keeping insafe custody for refixing the same after repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of exhaust fan of 250/300 mm sweep motor with louvers assembly for servicing after inspecting all dismantled parts for their serviceablity and cleaning , greasing and removing all deposited materials and replacing unserviceable parts and components with new ones and reassembling the same complete for smooth functioning by replacing the following spares:- Note : spare parts measured and paid separately.

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan of 250/300 mm sweep motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge after cutting and removing burnt winding varnishing new winding drying up carefully all as specified and directed.
