ECHP-II- Attending Electrical maintenance of equipments in Switch Gear-VII and Link Conveyor

HT Breakers :Charges for removing of terminal cover, rack out the HT Breaker from the panel releasing from its position removal of carbon in all electrical components moving/ fixed contact protection CTs with molykote tightness checking of all bolts and nuts internal wiring with components checking the SF6 gas level and gas filling up and checking of spring charge motor condition. After completion of work Breaker racked inside the panel and put into service position and checking the healthiness of the Breaker including assistants shift operator round the whole shift during at CHS-VII.

LT Modules above 30KW: Charges for racking out the LT modules from the panel releasing from its position removal of dust by blower- removing the contacts cover-removal of carbon dust of the cover, all electrical components moving/fixed contacts metering CTs with molykote, tightness checking of all bolts and nuts internal wiring with components reassembling the LT modules to the panel and put into service position and checking the modules along with the conveyors, including assistants for shift operator round the clock in shift duty at CHS-VII.

LT modules below 10 KW:Charges for removal of terminal cover and rackout the LT modules from the panel. Releasing from its position removal of dust by blower removing the contact cover- removal of the carbon dust in overall electrical components moving/ fixed contacts metering CTs with molykote tightness checking of all bolts & nuts internal wiring with components reassembling LT modules after completion of work racked inside the LT modules along with conveyors including consumables, including assistants for shift operator round the clock in shift duty at CHS-VII.

LT motors : Charges for removing of terminal cover cleaning of LT motor terminal box by blower, tightness checking of all three phase end termination, checking of bearings and greasing, after completion of work meggering the motor winding check the motor trail operation with load for 30 KW to 120 KW (Total motors = 2 Nos.)
