Supplying installing and setup the piling equipments with ISMB 600 x 180, ISMB 250 x 80, ISMB 500 x 140, ISMB 250 x 100, ISMB 150 x 80 Cross strut ISMB 200 x 100 ML 150 x 75 MS plate 6mm thick and heavy duty roller bearing s tripod, bailer, winch chisel etc., suit for providing cast in situ piles of 600mm dia including cantry arrangements, hire charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, tools and plants equipment to site of work for approach jetty and landing jetty.The retrived material after use is to be taken backby the contractor at is own cost.

Supplying, fabrication & erection of steel cylindrical liners of 6mm thickness of M.S. plate to the required depth including providing additional stiffener plate (12mm thick and 1000mm high) as shown in the drawing including gas cutting, bending to required size, welding at yard & at site, welding, transportation, driving of liners with necessary equipment, all labour, materials, tools, equipment fuel etc.,complete. The quantity of liner shall be measured and paid upto required cut off level. However contractor has to built the liner 1 m above cut off level etc complete as directed.

Installing pitching and driving M.S. 6mm thick Liner tube of 600mm dia in hard bed in sea with suitable driving arrangements and labour, along the proper alignment, to the required depth etc., including mobilization, demobilization and hire charges of all machineries, materials, tools and labour etc., complete as directed by department officers.

Boring through the 600mm dia in all type of Strata. The rate should include the removal o bored material, cleaning the loose particles, bailing, chiseling and taking all measures to retain the sides and prevent necking of line from bed level etc complete complying with standard speciication and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-35 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 425 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Removing by cutting M.S liner tube of 6 mm thick in 600mm dia pile to the required length of using gas cutter and chipping, cleaning out the depth etc. complete and also Dismantling, Clearing away and Carefully Stocking materials useful for the use for any thickness of walls.

Trimming of Pile head of 600 mm dia. Piles upto cut off level and stacking the debris in convenient place and transporting to low lying area inside the fishing harbour within a lead of 1 km as directed by the Engineer's representatives and all associated cleaning of projecting reinforecement etc complete as directed by the department officers.

Casting of precast cement concrete beam of grade M35 (RMC) as shown in the drawing and as directed, to sit the site conditions including shuttering, mixing, placing, vibrating, curing the concrete and all labour, material, sampling, testing, equipments, fuel etc complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in Position of corrosion resistant steel (CRS) for R.C.C. works. The rate is inclusive of cost of steel rods, and binding wire and all labour charges for bending, tying with binding wires etc., and conveyance charges from the point of purchase to the site of work as directed by the Engineer

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Mixing by mechanical means

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling Crushed Stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (2 -1/2") GI pipe (class B) of 6 metre length with 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS base plate duly welded at the bottom with concreting with construction of masonary pedestal with suitable SMC box with door arrangement to house 6A SP MCB switch, 2/4 way connector on suitable hylem sheet and suitable for 120W LED street light fitting with LED (Higher end) with 1 metre 32mm dia. GI pipe (class B) Complete with suitable MS clamps for LED street light fitting and SMC box with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads from SMC box to fitting and with painting of suitable colour .
