Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22-4-53MM specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and appying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.70 kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification claue 503.

Providing Laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. Including mixing in a suitable plant or mixol laying and rolling with a three wheels 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grade.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coat..(Including cost of bitumen)
