Taking down cement plaster in any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc removing rubbish out side the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L rendering 15 mm thick (10mm + 5mm) plaster on fair face of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 and surface finished even and fair by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound hydroseal-W+ or eqivalent (for plaster hardening, to contol efflorescence & fungal growth) as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work, PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes by scraping down old decorative surface of walls with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, efflorescent salts including filling of spots with POP and applying two coats of white wash on walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas, lintels etc, of average thickness 20mm in CM 1:3 mixing with liquid water proofing compound all as per manufactureres instructions, finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface as on ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for applying one coat of white wash on ceiling including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm in area and refixing in the same opening fitting to chowkat complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/ complete and removing serviceable tile & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the same of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 all as directed.

All as per item No 16 here-in-before but as in skirting/dado over 10mm thick cement plaster as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles vertical surface 350x250x7mm/ 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match match with colour of tile laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match match with colour of tile laid over and including 10mm thick rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in levelling course in flooring complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC M-10 grade (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laided bedded and pointed in cement mortar in floors, aprons etc.

M&L 20-25mm thick machine cut cudappa stone slab and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including 20mm Screed bed in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Granite slab work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and hole for gas pipe in pre-cast slab as well as stone slab in cooking platform complete all as specified

Demolition of brick work, PCC block masonry or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks straight or curved on plan , exc 6m mean radius and exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel / PPR pipes / tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, all as specified and directed.

The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50.
