Fixing only short rail 804 mm long (material obtained from the above said long rail) and threading both ends including removing of existing u/s short rail complete all as specified/directed and as shown on drg.

Removing the existing unserviceable Nylon Newar from GI Charpoy and tighting of the frame of GI Charpoy and s&f of 12 mm thick plywood commercial 7 ply BWR exterior grade duly ISI marked (confirming to IS 303) of size 1980 mm x 900 mm and rounded edges on four corners fixing with GI bolts & nuts 6 mm dia 75 mm long with washers 3 mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per GI Charpoy (03 each on both long rails and 2 Nos each on both short rails) and fixing complete incl 02 Nos Flat Iron 40 x 6 mm to be welded between long rails 660 mm from each short rail. The welded portion shall be grinded smoothly and apply two coat of enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer for entire Flat Iron complete all as specified/directed and as shown on drg.
