RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated (drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, SMCD, CPWD, New Delhi).
RequiredCopy of Enlistment Order of the Contractor.
RequiredGST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the State in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following undertaking along with other bid documents.

RequiredCPWD Enlisted Contractor to upload Training Certificate of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training issued by any of the CPWD Regional Training institutes (RTIs) at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata, National CPWD Academy (NCA) Ghaziabad, ERP unit of CPWD issued to contractor either himself or his authorized representative. Failure to do so CPWD enlisted contractor will not be allowed to participate in tender i.e., price bid will not be opened.
