Development, installation, training and customization of Work Contract Management System WCMS Software package with onsite support including Warranty period for Software Maintenance for 2 years after implementation for BARC, Trombay, Mumbai.

Amount

Developing, installation, training and customization of Work Contract Management System (WCMS) Software package from Estimate to Final Bill with Escalation Module, SOR Module, TS Module etc. as per the directions and requirements of Client. Payment shall be made after achieving following milestones on Tendered Lump sum Amount without GST. Mile Stones & Percentage of Payments 1.1 Sample Prototype of Software from Estimate to Final Bill after taking initial requirements from Client giving brief idea of the work flow - 10% 1.2 Successful launch of WCMS Software from Estimate Module to Final Bills as per Client’s Requirements consisting of all modules except 1 & 7 mentioned in Annexure III - 50% 1.3 Integration with other existing BARC Software’s / Packages after implementation of Milestone 1.2 - 5% 1.4 After implementation of SOR Module in line with Client’s requirements - 5% 1.5 After implementation of Escalation Module in line with Client’s requirements - 10% 1.6 After completion of 2 years from the implementation of all Milestones upto Milestone1.5 including handing over of source code and all related deliverables with Intellectual Property Rights to BARC and maintenance & trouble shooting of the software and deputing technical manpower for user support stationed in BARC, Mumbai - 20% ((To be released @ 2.5% per quarter over a period of two years.)
