Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Removed light fittings shall be deposited to AGE E/M store.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS insulated multistranded copper conductor ,1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable drawn through existing concealed PVC conduit all as per site requirement including FRLS,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor cable of size 1.50 sqmm as earth conductor as per proper colour coding and pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet box, 60mm deep covered with 3mm thick laminated hylam sheet fixed with cadmium plated screws for mounting switches,sockets,fan regulator, etc including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls and paint tuch up to match with the existing surfaces as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-Making good the disturbed surface and matching with the existing surface with the help of distempering and other items. Rate of the cost of making goods deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply & fixing round shaped surface mounted LED down lighter with white powder coated aluminium housing with intregated electronic driver fixing as corridor light, 15 watt, 230 Volts surface mounted complete including LED lamp, with all accessories, pre-wired, including providing flexible copper wire, twin core cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply & Fixing LED security light fitting 48 watt made out of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP 66 protection comlete with lamp & connected items and connection with suitable cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and fixing on GI pipe bracket made out of 42 dia GI pipe medium grade 1.2mtr long bent to shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps, nut, bolts washer etc all as specified and directed. Taking down ceiling fan, dismantling blades and shifting to AGE E/M store and Painting of serviceable ceiling fans complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc and writing MES No and Hanging in its original position and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200mm sweep energy saving 5 star rated complete with out fan regulator 230 volts (single phase) and provisioning of flexible copper cord of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan for giving connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Crompton/ Bajaj/ Khaitan/ Havells. (including taking down of old UNSV fan and deposited in MES store).

Supply and fixing exhaust fan turbo forcewith louvers of size 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM 230 volts single phase AC supply complete with, bolt, nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible cord copper of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Crompton/ Bajaj/ Khaitan/ Havells.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan with louvers of size 450 mm sweep, 900 RPM 230 volts single phase AC supply complete with, bolt, nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible cord copper of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Crompton/ Bajaj/ Khaitan/ Havells.

M&L for sub main wiring surface/recessed as required with two single core 6 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor, multistranded 1100 volts grade through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit including 6 sqmm copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed wire as earth continuity conductor along the wiring and connected to the common earth dolly complete including removing the existing U/S sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing all as specified and directed. ( Note :- Two run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of earth wire and one run of non metalic conduit shall be measured and paid as 01 RM.

Supply and fix MCB, SP, 6 - 32 Amps, 10 kA ISI marked suitable for 240 volts operation, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connecting to GI wire 4mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and earth strip protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electircal plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, earth lead & protection pipe upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II.

Supply and fixing in replacement CMRI Certified LED Flameproof 1X20W LED Tube Light fixture IP65 protection, complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof exhaust fan with louvers of size 305 mm sweep, 1440 RPM, CFM1120, 0.25 HP motor 230 volts single phase AC supply complete with, bolt, nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible cord copper of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old UNSV service connections/UG cable of any size complete.

Supply and lay, cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq.mm 4 core.

Supply and lay, cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq.mm 2 core.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in hard /dense soil for laying of under ground cable complete all as specified .

Returning and filling in soils , including spreading ,levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified .

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in - charge .

Fine aggregate sand filling in trenches around underground cables for cushioning , complete all as specified and directed. Note ; depth of sand shall be measured after punning.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat size 230 mm x 115mm x 75 mm across the length of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tube light grade 40 mm size galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches/poles /walls/floor etc for protection of under ground cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.
