Supply, install, erection, testing & commissioning of Hoist 1.0 Ton capacity fixed electric wire rope hoist of speed - 3 mtrs/min (+/- 10 %), height of lift from ground to Radar testing platform height - 33 mtrs (approx) and side movement upto 5 mtr length (appx) as per ground requireemts and set up, Double pendent for up and down and left and right moment upto 5 mtrs with separate control push button stations, The hoist shall be designed as per IS 807/3177 with latest amendments including seamless wire rope drum of suitable capacity motor and electromagnetic brake with 200% rated braking torque. The hoist shall be operated by pendent push button station as well as radio remote control with latest technology control panels, suitable rotary limit switch shall be provide to cut off the power supply to hoist motor in fully raised and fully lowered conditions apart from gravity limt switch. The hoist shall be tested for 125% over load complete all as specified and directed.
Note for Sl item Nos. 40 & 41: (i) The quoted firm shall visit to Radar testing platform and quote their rate in all respects as existing on the ground and their requireemnts / setup to meet operational preparedness of the RTP structure strictly and no extra will be paid in this regards. (ii) The quoted firm is responsible to purchase a crane and all connected parts from OEM only, before placing orders to firm the make approval to be obtained from GE and afterwords only OEM drawings to be submitted by the firm duly signed by OEM auth Engineer, proprietor of the firm along with their office seals for approval of GE and LRDE users. Once approval received from GE and users, the firm has to place a order to OEM.
(iii) The firm is responsible to arrange testing of crane in the OEM factory premises in the presencr of rep of Accepting Officer and testing all as per manufactureres parameters before dispatch to site in the OEM premises and the firm is also responsible for site testing of crane after erection in all respects and before issue of competion certificate in the presence IEM or any rep deputed by Accepting Officer (iv) Lettering and marking with stencils water proof paint blue colour on all hoist parts complete as directed.
Taking down and removing the existing DG set of capacity 110 KVA and all connected items / panels from the site using necessary crane, tools & plants, ladders as requiredon ground by disconnecting existig all cable connections / elect panels carefully, taking down carefully LT serviceable portions of cables, kept aside for reuse / reconnections as per site requirements with new DG set and their panels, making good all distrubed floors, walls etc to match with the adjoining surfaces of location, deposit all items to AGE E/M store yard in and including transport and obtain receipt voucher from concerned JE E/M & AGE E/M complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, install, testing & commissioning silent type Diesel Generating set of capacity 125 KVA/100 KW with acoustic enclosure conforming to CPCB-IV+ norms compliant suitable for working on 415Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF lagging comprising of Diesel Engine with efficient CRD system, radiator cooled Diesel Engine developing at 1500 RPM, 4 cylinder, dry type air cleaner, Governor class as per ISO 8528 Pt-V, microprocessor based Gen Set controller display all monitoring features and diagnostic features complete with all standard accessories and shall be coupled with Alternator 125 KVA/100 KW suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, current as per capacity DG set, 4 pole rotating field, automatic voltage regulator, "H" class insulation, battery 12 Volts/88 AH, AVM pads, exhaust pipe system as per CPCB- IV+ norms, integrated fuel tank capacity as per OEM. The DG Set shall be provided with AMF panel, outdoor type made of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thickness duly powder coated painting comprising of MCCB's for both supply and suitable power contactors, relays, timer etc including making all connectors by providing suitable control cable for AMF to DG Set and other accessories.
The DG Set shall be mounted on MS base frame including PCC foundation and platform as per OEM recommendations and the DG set shall be provided with odequate Diesel IS 1460, HSD, lubricant oil 15W 40 and coolent for testing at site of 12 hours with 10% overload with neccessary testing load bank, DHPP and same shall relevant IS standards with latest amendments complete all as specified and directed.

Switchgear Operating Mechanism shall have an IP2X protection and cable Chamber shall have IP3X protection, Outer enclosure shall be IP 54 type tested, Painting (Front cover RMU: RAL7035 & (For MIMIC RAL7043) & Enclosure: RAL7035 & (Top cover & Base Stand in RAL 7043). The unit shall be internal arc proof 21kA for 1 sec with AFLR clasification. tested and totally safe for human beings. The gas release & personnel safety from internal arc shall not depend on plinth design.
The release of gas to be from the top / bottom of the unit as per VCBs manufacturers design, so that, even if the person is operating the unit, opening the cover, and there are personnel near the sides of the RMU / plinth, top / bottom release as per VCBs manufacturers design will ensure their safety. The hot gas release, in case of an internal arc, gas should be released from top or bottom as per VCBs manufacturers design and in no case should be from any side of the panel, as the same is unsafe for the operating personnel / pedestrian or general public. Bidder shall provide type test report to prove compliance to the Internal Arc fault IAC-AFLR as per IEC 62271-200. Supply, install, testing & commissioning outdoor type, step down transformer 200 KVA, 11KV/0.433K V (at no load) AC, 4 wire, 3 phase, 50 Hz, core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil natural, air natural (ONAN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol. DYN-11 (Vector Group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having tapping at +5% to -10% @ 2.5% HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Centigrade in oil and 55 degree Centigrade in HV/LV coil winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Centigrade. The transformer shall be of EEL-2 conforming to IS-1180 - 2014 Amendment Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4 after 29 Mar 2022 or with latest amendments and overload capacity of transformer as per IS-2026 with latest amendments including suitable PCC plinth & foundation for mounting the transformer as per manufacturer recommendation and shall comprise of the following:-
(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with two Nos cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cables including gland, joint and jointing materials complete.
(b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with two Nos cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of PVC/XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured LT cables including gland, joint and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree Centigrade with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temparature indicator with resisting device for transformer.
(h) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of neutral and body. (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (k) Oil level guage. (l) Oil drain filler valve. (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connecting plate complete. (o) Air release valve plug. (p) Four plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (q) Extra bushing for neutral, outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (r) First filling of new and unused transformer oil IS-335/93 (fourth revision) marked filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. (s) One danger notice board having conventional danger sign of skull with bones in painted in red colour. Note: (i) Certification of electric strength shall be submitted by the contractor after filling the oil. (ii) pole and connected supporting members shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.
Supply, install, testing & commissioning isolation transformer of capacity 20 KVA, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, oil cooled, primary voltage 415 V and secondary voltage 415 V, Delta-Star connecting with separate earth point for providing smooth electric supply in 230 V and 415 V, along with standard with fittings and conforming to relevant IS with all latest amendments including making electric connections as required complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, install, testing & commissioning Boom Barrier electrically operated industrial type made out of stainless steel electronic fully automatic with sensor technology operated ISI marked outdoor type with latest technology type of span not less than 7.6 mtrs (01 for entry and 01 for exit) complete with control panel and internal control wiring including all connected components and accessories with DC backup and with remote control and manual opration complete in all respects all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate is inclusive for the cost of suitable size cable as recommended by manufactureres from source of supply to barrier panel (50 mtrs) in and including earth work.
Excavation by tenchless technology: Boring of holes under earth, road, pavement, hard standing or any location as per site requirement by using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine in and including pulling of HDPE pipe 110 mm dia and pulling of HT cable of size 3 core; 185 Sq mm through pipe complete as per site requirement from tapping points to end connections and testing in all respects all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Actual quantity of HT cable and HDPE pipe executed on the ground shall be measured and paid as supply only under relevant item of this schedule after connections and testing etc and the cost of the wastage / unserviceable HT cable and HDPE pipe pieces during pulling process in the boring shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.
(ii) Routing of trenchless boring shall be got approved from GE and all other stake holders before commencement of boring works on the ground by the contractor. (iii) The contractor is responsible for making good the damaged electric cables or any type of cables items, pipes, plinths, pavements, roads etc in the enroute of boring, earth work, making suitable chambers near the straight through joints in the enroute where ever applicable as directed and the cost for the same is included in the quoted rate and no claim of amount in this regard from the department is entertained.
Supply, testing, HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts, earthed grade with stranded aluminium conductors of cross sectional area 3 core; 185 Sq mm conforming to IS-7098 (Part-2) 1985 with latest amendmends complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, testing HDPE pipe of size 110 mm dia, 10 kg/cm2 conforming to IS standards suitable for drawing of HT cable 3 core; 185 Sq mm complete in all respects all as specified and directed. Note for Sl item Nos. 78 & 79: Payment shall be done after execution of item No. 77 quantities as applicable on the ground in all respects.
Laying, HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts, earthed grade with stranded aluminium conductors of cross sectional area 3 core; 185 Sq mm conforming to IS-7098 (Part-2) 1985 with latest amendments laid in trenches including excavation trenches in any strata at a depth 80cm and width 45cm including riddled soils for cushioning of cable below and above the cable 8cm and 15cm respectively conforming to IS-1255 and providing un-reinforced PCC cable covers HV type of size 300 x 180 x 40mm flat type and place the same width wise conforming to IS:5820 and returning, filling the trench and removing of surplus soils etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: The item shall be carried out wherever boring works are not feasible on the ground or near the sub stations etc.
M&L for indoor cable end termination joint with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with cast resin compound including lugs and jointing materials and other accessories suitable for 11 KV XLPE insulated cable of size 3core; 185 Sq mm aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for outdoor cable end termination joint with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with cast resin compound including lugs and jointing materials and other accessories suitable for 11 KV XLPE insulated cable of size 3core; 185 Sq mm aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for straight through cable termination joint with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with cast resin compound including lugs and jointing materials and other accessories suitable for 11 KV XLPE insulated cable of size 3core; 185 Sq mm aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.
Excavation in the enroute of existing underground HT cable of any type / size of trenches of depth upto 1.2 mtrs in any strata including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil at 50 mtrs distance as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note: For protection of cable, HDPE pipe shall be used in the trench and the same shall be measured and paid under relevent item here-in-before under appropriate item.
Cutting of bituminous road / floor for taking up existing cable / laying of new cable / relaying of UG cables / GI pipes and making good n exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and refilling with material, watering well ramming / compacting and making good with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC 1:3:6 shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the work.
