be carried out with petty/ minor materials during Job Per

normal working hours on all working days i/c recording Month

and attending of the complaints on all the days of

week as per Terms & Conditions and direction of

engineer-in-charge.

2 Sub Head- II (Maintenance of Electrical Installation)

The Electrical Maintenance (Routine & Preventive) of

Internal/ External LT Electrification works, HT

Installation, Street Lights & all other electrical

installation Buildings with petty/ minor materials during Job Per

round the clock including Sunday & Holidays (24 x 7 Month

Hour basis) i/c recording and attending of the

complaints on all the days of week as per terms and

conditions and direction of engineer-in-charge.

3 Sub Head- III ( Specialized E&M Works)

Operation of Fire fighting, Water Supply System (Bore-

(i) Running Operation & maintenance (Routine &

Preventive) of Fire Fighting, Wet riser & sprinkler

system etc. i/c fire extinguisher & down comer system

on labour rate basis round the clock on all the days 12 104,493.00 1253916

i/c Sunday and Holidays (24 x 7 hour basis) as per

terms and conditions and direction of engineer-in-

Operation of passenger lifts/ service lifts on all working

4 Sub Head- IV (Maintenance of Horticulture)

Maintenance of Horticulture including preventive &

routine maintenance of all the trees and plantation, in

the common areas, terrace gardens (if any) including

Sub Head- VI (Providing Mechanized Housekeeping

Services and Parking Assistance Services)

Providing mechanized Housekeeping , general up

keep and cleaning of common areas, cabin, terrace

etc. including all Toilets to be carried out during

normal working hours including all cleaning materials

required like soaps, detergents, phenyl, chemicals,

dusters, dhoties, jharus, wipers, toilet cleaners, glass

cleaning chemical, R-2, R-6, cockroaches killing 12 1,262,228.00 15146736

sprays, room fresheners etc & other cleaning materials

and machinery & equipments viz. Scrubbing Machine,

Vacuum cleaner, Air Blower etc. required for

housekeeping along with the Parking Assistance

Services as per terms and condition and direction of

engineer in charge.

Providing Pest Control Services, Rodent Control

services, Fogging & Fumigation against mosquito &

Prime Cost for HSD, Seasonal Plants and Other

Misclenous Jobs/ works, if required to be carried out

for smooth operation and maintennce works as per

the client requirents. The payment to the contractopr

shall be reimbursed on production of invoice on

7 actual basis. CPOH @ 7.5% shall be paid to the Prime Cost 1250000

contrcatr over and above the actual expenditure as

per the invoice after deducting the contractor

premium. However, the work under this head shall be

carried out by contractor after obtaining the prior

approval from the Engineer -In Charge.
