Taking down from any height carefully concealed/ casing caping/ ERW pipe point wiring copper / aluminium (light / fan / scoket) complete (with fittings such as switches ceiling rose, pendents, regulators sockets etc) and making good disturbed surface with exisitng specification all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring for explosive sheds and other required bldgs with 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated single core FRLSH cable with strranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through and including ERW rigid stove enamelled steel conduit of not less than 19mm dia with and includings all accessories, bends,elbow,coupling etc and incl 1.5 Sqmm earth FRLSH copper wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED tube light fitting. 1 x 16W / 20W flameproof type FLP-WP made of aluminium alloy LM6 complete with all accessories suitable for Gas/Vapour Group of IIA & IIB and Zone 1 & IP-65 Protection. Make:- Crompton Cat Part No EXTN1LT8-16/20 or equivalent in Havells/Bajaj

Supply and fix in replacement LED tube light fitting. 2 x 16W / 20W flameproof type FLP-WP made of aluminium alloy LM6 complete with all accessories suitable for Gas/Vapour Group of IIA & IIB and Zone 1 & IP-65 Protection. Make:- Crompton Cat Part No EXTN2LT8-16/20 or equivalent in Havells/Bajaj

Supply and fix in replacement flame proof rotary switch, in cast aluminium LM-6 suitable for 16A, single pole 250V with protection IP-65, equipement standard as per IS-2148/81 complete as specified and directed. Make:- SUDHIR or Equivalent in BALIGA/FLEXPRO.

Supply and fix in replacement Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, double pole 250V with protection IP-65, equipement standard as per IS-2148/81 complete as specified and directed . Make:- SUDHIR or Equivalent in BALIGA/FLEXPRO. Note. The rate quoted to be inclusive of brackets made of MS steel of suitable size for the above fittings.

Supply and fix in replacement Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A, 250V, 2P+earth with protection IP-65, equipement standard as per IS-2148/81 complete all as specified and directed. Make:- SUDHIR or Equivalent iin BALIGA/FLEXPRO.

M & L in replacement flame proof 3 way lighting junction box with plain cover in cast aluminium LM-6 material, with protection IP-65, equipement standard as per IS-2148/81 equipment standard , alongwith cable glands complete all as specified and directed. SUDHIR or Equivalent iin BALIGA/FLEXPRO.

S & F in replacement Flame proof - weather proof LED flood light fitting with protection IP-65 suitable for 100 Watt for indoor type complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sudhir/Baliga/Crompton

Taking down carefully sub main wiring including batten/ conduit by unscrewing from wall, ceiling and making good surfaces to match with original status as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below ground level connected with galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron to earth test point all as specified or indicated including necessary excavation and earth work any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) watering funnel with wire mesh, GI tubing 20 mm medium grade for watering, 15mm bore light grade for GI Protection, Charcoal and salt in requisited quantity complete all as specified and directed and all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part 1. Note: GI earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5m in length shall be included in quoted rate.

Overhauling to ceiling fan of any size / sweep (i.e 1200/1400mm sweep) complete by rewinding with new copper winding wire of same gauge with approved quality of super enamelled copper winding wire including varnishing heating and replacement of defected / unserviceable spares parts such as bearing , Canopy -02 Nos , down rod, Hanging clamp, capacitor, bushes by cleaning / oiling / lubricant and re-assembling , testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary spares parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after, however copper winding wire including varnishing heating and repalcement of defective split pin shall deemed to be included in the item rate. All spares are of suitable size of Ceiling fan.
