S&F and testing of storage type steel body with glass line SS inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW electric water heater of capacity 25 ltrs with BEE 5 star rated, 230 V, maximum power consumption 2 KW, wall mounting type complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece, PVC connecting pipe 15 mm bore 450mm long 2 Nos for hot and cold water supply and shall mounted on wall using wall fastener complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 300mm sweep exhaust fan of steel body, AC single phase, 230/240 Volts, 1400 RPM with blades, frame and louvers with and including making hole in wall and make up of disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one socket outlet 5 Amps controlled by one switch on independent board with PVC insulated FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade drawn into and including concealed rigid non-metalic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 19/20 mm dia (ISI marked) with all fitting and fixing accessories including sunken modular pressed steel terminal boxes, concealed in wall and making & matching the existing surface for mounting switches, sockets, modular cover plate with frame and PVC insulated FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts as continuous earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3.00 here-in-before but with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable for one 15 Amps socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete.

S&F of ceiling rose surface bakelight two to three terminal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of modular switch 1 way, 6 Amps, 240 Volts of 1 module with cover plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug and socket with and including one single pole MCB SP/DP 10 - 20 Amps with all accessories as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MCB, single pole, 240 volts, 6 to 40 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with all fitting and fixed to walls, ceiling and laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of bib taps, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with capstan head, screwed down, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe 15 mm boree and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15 mm stop/angle valves, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with capstan head, screwed down, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe 15 mm boree and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
